For Those that are wondering why Dio:s Road roller exploded is because in the OVA The Oil Tanker that he used exploded that's why Dio's Road roller exploded.

@@prithveerajgamit8905 time stop can only be done with both Dio's and jotaro. Once the opponent stops time you can unfreeze yourself if you have enough meter and do your own character's command. Unstopping time for yourself immediately puts you in a state where you can act, like blocking the road roller for reduced damage. During the state where both characters are during stopped time, the one with less meter gets frozen first and you can attack em.
A strategy with time stop is waiting until the opponent says the ending phrase (they run out of meter) then quickly activate time stop to dish out damage uninterrupted. The road roller scene can be fully recreated in game if the Dio is foolish enough to time stop a jotaro with enough meter. Shadow dio is special in the fact that his requirements for time stop are reduced, needing only 2 bars to stop time raw, and 1 bar to unstop himself, while Dio and jotaro need 3 to stop time and 2 tp unstop themselves.
