You should thoroughly clean engine head cover by petrol/ Diesel from inside,as lot of dirt is seen inside. Similarly you should replace all four sparkplugs with new one, as lot of rust is seen on the spark plugs for the best tuning and average of the Car friend.

Sir i agree with you..even i suggested the same but due to some reson we didnot replace spark plugs
