About Swami Vivekananda:
Swami Vivekananda (1863 - 1902) was a Self-realized yogi, monk and one of the most celebrated and inspirational spiritual leaders of India. He was not only a great spiritual personality; but also a genius thinker, great orator, passionate patriot, and a heroic role model for millions of youth.
Vivekananda carried on the free-thinking philosophy of his revered guru, Ramakrishna Paramahamsa forward into a new paradigm. He worked tirelessly towards betterment of the society, in servitude of the poor and needy, dedicating his all for the upliftment of his country.

I've read about many gurus, but Vivekananda is the most fascinating, he died so young because he was an already awaken soul, his vibration was too much for this world, he just came to remind us this teachings. God bless his soul.

Swami Yogananda is the most articulate and detailed and most inspiring artist in depicting the Love of god, Samadhi, cause and effects, location, and most poetic of all and he is best described as the Rumi of hinduism and yoga.
Swami Ramakrishna Paramahamsa is the king of all yogis the most detailed swami and no joke and he greatly simplifies and forward with his very detailed and accurate depictions, his knowledge is so strong.

I have visited Belur Math and stayed in the guest house as well. I would like to know who makes these videos and doing the great service of spreading the absolute truth to the world. I have just quit my job and I am on the path of teaching the philosophy of truth to the world and meditation.
Absolutely true.i am a banker but I can not find my true purpose and currently I am thinking to quit my job and follow the path of spiritualism.
Just ensure that your basic sustenance is defined when you leave your job.

Just change your views that whatever u r earning or have earned u offer it to Gods devotional service. That will satisfy you internally. & if you earn for self only, you end up in frustration. Try this formula that always whatever u do do it for satisfying God. Thats the best service.

I love this channel. The videos I like best are definitely those with Swami Vivekananda. He literally speaks to my soul, which is weird because what is literal can only be untruth. Truth is an experience, but nonetheless he speaks to my soul. Something behind the lines... the fact that he can say all these wise things are in itself a great proof that spirituality is real. It proves the superb mind of 12 years+ of Bramacharya and meditation. The memory nerve he talks about must be. No other way can he speak like this - he would need infinite memory and wisdom to create such finite sayings.

I have a crusual time going on.. And I believe meditation s the best solution and I want to be live in it. Or I love to be involved in meditational life and social life and I afraid if I go on to the social customs it fells.. I love meditation and being life in my way of peace and love which finds the truths of universe.... And its my perception to the life. I need to be self and social to my way of life.... Controversies comes and I have a strong mind to go beyond it... I love sanyasin but a life of a person more than a social customs....
I'm extremely thankful . Vivekananda reached me through this channel.

The thing about Jesus is that he did try to do his healing and such in secrecy, telling the people that he healed not to say anything about it, but of course they did. Jesus seemed to be quite humble actually. It was everyone else that made Jesus known. Same goes for Buddha. Buddha was just doing what Buddha do. People flocked to these men. They were not necessarily trying to get notoriety, it just happened because of the messages they both brought with them. The people found something to gain from their words. I wouldn't discount them just because they are well known. Anywho, that's it. I just wanted to bring that up.
These thoughts belong to all as we are all connected to the great conscious. Nobody actually owns an idea. They might think they do, but it belongs to everyone, the problem is is that not everyone will jump to the occasion to use that idea.
