Great tip there. Finding good water jugs that aren't stupidly expensive is not easy. I'll certainly grab a few of these to keep here at home.

We used ones like this back in the late 60's and earlier 70's car camping. They worked really well.

I'm going to get a couple of the 2.6 gallon ones to keep in my car. I can fill them with my Sawyer Squeeze should the need arise.

I'd use one of them to collect the water, and use the other for the treated water.
