“I got sunshine in a bag” is a drug reference, likely weed but could really be interpreted as the listener intends. Feeling low, feeling down but all be okay with “sunshine in a bag, the future is coming on”.
Nope it's a reference to the movie clint eastwood was featured in called the good bad and ugly. He uses the line in reference to a gun he's carrying. I mean the name of the song is literally called Clint eastwood lol.

Speaking of Clint Eastwood, you should do some reactions to some of his movies. One, if not the most quintessential western movies of his: The Outlaw Josie Whales, or Unforgiven. Or one of his Cop movies like Dirty Harry.
