How awesome is that lady. I grew up in Germany and Austrian people have a way more laidback expression. You feel like they share the social behaviour of how you'd imagine the 80s 90s, today.
I'm looking forward to move to Austria

Only a small sample of Austrian gastronomy. Still good to discover new places for the future visit. Wish I was there right now!

Hey Alain, unfortunately, we cannot pack all the fabulous restaurants and bars in Vienna into one Video! ;) But if you need more tips for your next trip to Vienna, just let us know or look up www.vienna.info! Best regards, Heike

NO... Not Butter... "Butterschmalz" = Butter lard. So all the Particels wich would burn at higher Temperatures are removed, by "clearing" the butter, and the Taste stays the same ;)

You don't originally fry the Schnitzel in butter, you either use "Butterschmalz" = "butter lard" which is some kind of processed form of butter, or very originally you use pigs fat.

The pointless cuts to side shots spoil the flow of what you're saying. Some nice looking places I missed on my first visit, so I'll have a cosy idea on where to go next time.
