The seed has to sprout and fight against the forces of the earth to emerge above the soil. Providential it is that the very earth, which stood against the seed till it sprouted, then nurtures it, and helps it grow. It is nature's way of qualifying the seed; if found deserving, it provides all the resources that are needed for it to grow to its full potential.❤️🙏

Life or nature wants to eat out your Ego(as it is kind). Once we think 'this I will definitely do, coz I m something', even if it is a minute thing, there is trace of Ego. Life throws a situation(challenge) to see CAN YOU? If you hv ego, you fall if you hv self believe you break out with flying colors.
I feel his seed analogy was incorrect / incorrectly interpreted. The seed sprouts because of factors largely inside itself, not because of the "pressure exerted upon it by the earth" as he put it. So, the life lesson is that sustainable growth / progress happens only when one is transformed from within not due to pressures from the outside. In fact, no amount of external pressures can bring about true transformation in anything / anybody. Self-awareness n self-motivation alone can trigger self transformation.
