One thing that I think they really should've done with Cap!Peggy is in the scene in the last episode, when Peggy gets challenged by the guy on the ship to fight without her shield, just like Steve was in the Winter Soldier. I was sure this was where they were gonna show the differences between Peggy and Steve by having Peggy not rise to the guy's bait, because as a woman she spent her whole life having to unnecessarily prove herself to the men around her, but nooooo :/ Also, you're definitely right about the voice acting, because Sebastian Stan is an amazing actor, but his voice acting... is certainly something. I also agree with your top three, because I was on the edge of my seat for the entire ultron episode and I love how seriously it took itself and how genuinely good the idea was to use the zola program to defeat ultron. And that money shot with Clint? Chef's kiss. Despite how high the highs were, I really don't need a season 2 of this - I'm not even sure I needed this season. It was nice, but I really don't see myself ruminating on anything and unlike shows like Wandavision or FATWS, I really don't feel that What If had anything to say. Which would've been fine if it was just an anthology because anthologies don't really have overarching themes, but since they tied it all together in the end... idk. Basically, if they're going to continue this, they should do the clone wars route (because you can't go wrong when you take the clone wars route). Continue the interesting stories with loose ends in further seasons, and the fans can all collectively pretend that the bad episodes don't exist.

I didn't think about that at all, but yeah that would've been a perfect time to do something like that as it would've given Peggy more of an identity than just "alternate cap", but oh well ;-; And yeah! The show was pretty whatever to me. I'm okay with a season 2; however, I'm just going to wait for the reception of the episodes first to see if they're even worth watching, because ocassionally they do have some really cool ideas in my opinion :P But yeah, a Clone Wars route would've been perfect for this show so that way we can just ignore the bad episodes instead of tying them all into one narrative. Yoooo great pitches man! The thing I do want to see the most is "What if the other half got snapped?", I just think that's a really interesting idea. That, or Scott Lang being transported further into the future instead of just five years. Either way, there are literally so many interesting ideas and I feel like even now, we're just scratching the surface with them. I hope they do better in season 2, again, great ideas!!
Great ranking! Although my favorite is The Doctor Strange episode. I get what you mean in that it didn't make you feel much, but I was just so invested in that episode. My least favorite is probably the zombies one, I just couldn't stand that episode and how they absolutely massacred the original comic.

The perfect way to describe this series is rushed and wasted.It's obvious that marvel cares little for this series although it has the most potential.The three main problems with this series is the comedy, episode runtime and number of episodes. This series has the worst comedy out of every marvel project imo and completely ruined the zombies episode.The Zombies episode was the biggest wasted opportunity in the MCU as it gave the chance to see all the characters in a scenario we would never get to see in live action and would get to see how each character would feel and respond to this very serious event...but is instead treated as a basic mcu film. The limited runtime limits the potential of the series so much as we don't get to see full stories rather just small chapters.The limited runtime restricts episodes like Captain Carter,Zombies and Killmonger as we don't see the full story; how would Peggy react to 21st century differently to steve, how do individual characters feel about the zombie crisis and how would Killmonger's plan end?having an extra 15 minutes to each episode to add so much more to each story Making storyline into multiple episode arcs like The Clone Wars would've majorly benefited aswell making each episode like an altered mcu short film. Having 4 20-23 minute episodes would give so much time to give these scenarios the attention they deserve. But I think their goal was for it to just be an extremely casual watch, which I get, but this series has so much potential and I wish they would use it. And no, I actually completely agree with you in that all of the scenarios are actually quite good. Like the Thor one had an interesting premise when I read the title, and what they did with the actual episode was severely disappointing lmao. At the end of the day, it all boils down to the execution and writing of the episodes as they can make bad premises great, or awesome premises awful. All in all, love what you had to say hear man and I completely agree with you.
