Great videography. I lived in Seacliff back in 1998. Much of central Long Island is suburban and flat with lots of traffic and strip malls. It is a suburban bedroom for New York City. But Sacliff is very hilly and has a rural feel to it. The North Shore of Long Island is beautiful in general.
I used to deliver for Amazon and this town was my designated place. I would make up stories in my mind about this place. Very inspirational and during the fall it was heavenly. The scenery was that of a movie. I tried to look for places to live there but it’s pricey 🥲😅

All of my grandparents left two very different European Countries about 100 years ago. I'm jealous of you! The homeless problem in the U.S. is a real cruel representation of how shallow too many Americans are. I often think of places such as Belgium, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden and North Germany. You are lucky to live in Europe...Ukraine at this time and some other countries are obviously excluded.
A beautiful tribute to the place I grew up in. Some minor corrections: While "town" can be used loosely, Sea Cliff is not a town or hamlet (both have specific meanings in NY) but a village. It's Sea Cliff Beach, not Sea Bluff Beach - and there's Tappen Beach on the other side of the village as well! Finally, the Sea Cliff rail station is actually in Glen Cove - go figure.
