The Rodin museum is also a big fav of mine.. Gates of Hell, The Thinker.. outside in a garden... beautiful to contemplate. also, our Art Museum is great too... plus the archeology museum at Penn.. Franklin Institute... the Masonic Temple.. I love my hometown..
Thanks! I came to Philly in '83 for art school, and stayed. It's refreshing to see a story that's not about the troubles we have that are in every major US city, or our heartbreaking area where people from all across the States move to, in order to fuel their lethal addiction to drugs. It's a city that was designed to be walkable, and the neighbourhoods between even a block or two, can change dramatically. We have amazing food and entertainment options, a massive park system and people who work in NYC often buy houses here, as the prices are relatively affordable, whilst still in a richly diverse city that offers major sports venues and a vast array of cultural and arts experiences. Is Philly perfect? No, but she is more than the negatives that so many channels here rely on for clickbait, whilst offering no help. Well done!
Bartram's Gardens are an amazing place to visit. They include family friendly activities, concert, a farm, boat rides and natural as well as designed gardens. You can go there to paint/draw/picnic/wander and more, for free.
AINT NO PLACE TO VISIT IN PHILADELPHIA, "THIS CITY SUCKS, BUT IT COULD BE WORST THOUGH, LIKE LIVING IN B'MORE, OR SOMETHING"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
