@@vasco7751 well it is a waste and don't you ever pour concrete into a board but, it was obviously just to experiment and poke fun out of try to achieveing a more thocky, and also the keyboard was made not for gaming but just an attempt of making a deeper sound profile while typing.
the thocciest keyboard would be to make a polycarbonate case and fill it with sound dampening foam then use one of those pcb’s that has the flex cuts, plateless mounted switches, and SA profile keycaps with a foam pad as a deskmat
Yeah, this was never going to work... the "thock" appears to be produced by deadening the sound. Concrete will just reflect it. Now, perhaps if you used a much thinner layer with a thin layer of spray in noise isolating gel foam on top and then a layer of cut insulation foam on top of that, that might completely kill the noise. Also, I'm not sure what this case is made of, but you could get around needing the concrete if the case was made if something very, very dense. Like steel. Not just the bottom. All if it would need to be thick steel. With layer of foam underneath the keyboard. Look into aerogel.

Lol. Everything except 2 of what you listed are wrong. PC or ABS, (plastic) cases definitely give a deeper sound signature than Alu. Plate as well. Brass makes the board higher pitched. A plate like POM will lower the pitch. Switches with long poles tend to have a clacky bottom out.
