Tan Cang Newport Seafood Restaurant definitely makes the best stir fried lobsters with ginger and scallion in the US. They only sell female lobsters that also have eggs or roe. Their lobsters are very juicy with the perfect sauce which is slightly sweet, slightly salty, and mildly spicy. SUPER DELICIOUS!
