Andy doesn't have unlimited potential, he'll forget things if he gets old enough, not that it matters for a verses battle unless we're specifically putting them in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for eternity before pitting them against each other, in which case, they're both crazy in the coconut by the end.
It's entirely possible that Saitama could kill Andy outright by undoing his curse with a punch, and it's also entirely possible that he wouldn't or couldn't. Saitama has killed several characters with respawn abilities who subsequently didn't respawn (Orochi comes to mind), but in at least one case, one of the very few characters to survive getting a serious punch from Saitama, Phoenix Man _was_ able to respawn after getting one-punched.
Because there's this inconsistency, ultimately it comes down to an unknown power interaction. Saitama often negates his opponents powers with his punches, but not always. Would this be such a case? We simply can't say.
It's entirely possible it's a draw.

yeah, saitama (anime) still solos andy, he literally obliterated boros, who had regeneration, with consecutive (normal) punches, andy is literally gone after this fight.

Saitama Neggs Andy, bro Saitama has fought beings like Boros who can regenerate, Andy really doesn't have any feats that could hurt Saitama, also just because you can regenerate does not mean you win, lets say Andy regenerates after Saitama punches him then what, yeah he will come back be he will then get punched again and again Saitama would basically be bullying him forever until he gives up that's just assuming he survives Saitamas punch considering he killed Evil natural Water which was a God Level threat and was a monster made of pure water.

Saitama broke his limiter that means he no longer has any limits garou after touching G's hand he could copy all the powers and flows of the universe and he copied the strength and resistance of saitama but saitama is progressing so much quickly that even if he copy it every second he Was beaten easily
