Hey Anna, First of all love to see you're back! If you want a suggestion what you should visit on your tour in Europe, I would defenitly suggest visiting Bruges (Belgium)! I live there and it's such a nice and cosy city with a bit of everything: some culture, art, beautiful buildings, delicious food, cute cafes and quite a lot of shops. Something else, I was wondering if you could do a 2 hour ish "study-with-me" video with some lofi or ambient background music. But no pressure if you don't really feel like doing such a video! You're doing such a great job with medical school and youtube, so you should be really proud of your self! Sending you lots of love from Belgium xxx (ps: don't mind the English mistakes 😅)

Hi Anna, thanks for your update! I always find it reassuring to hear about the struggles others are facing while in med school, makes me feel less alone in this (if that makes sense??). I'm just wrapping up my first year and, although I'm doing well academically, I feel like my personal life and mental health have deteriorated significantly over the year. I get a bit of a break this summer to recharge but I was wondering if you have any tips for someone in my situation? I've also come to realize I have pretty bad imposter syndrome so that's probably not helping! Anyways, congrats on keeping strong and focusing on what really matters!
Of course, I 100% agree that sharing your problems helps so much. My tips are to make sure you really use the summer to take a proper break, do any things & hobbies you haven’t had time to do as much as possible. Xx
