XP PEN Artist 10 2nd Generation NO DISPLAY / NO SIGNAL? Here the solution

This problem occurred because HDMI driver bug between Windows 10 and Old laptop (Windows 7 Laptop). This happen when you use brand new HDMI Display Monitor if Old HDMI Display Monitor is okay fine. If your old laptop dont have detachable battery RIP you cannot do anything.
Solution: Need brand new Laptop
