It seems like Elira, Vox, and Ike might be getting fed partial information by Niji. The biggest concern about doxxing would instantly be invalidated if they knew this is a private/sealed lawsuit where only the judge, layers, and parties ever see the information. If they believed that was a serious concern when Niji could instantly debunk it then they’re either playing disgustingly dirty or Niji is playing them.

It's not a surprise. When the only perspective is yourself, it's difficult to see the issue. It's like saying "Looks don't matter" - Person who is good looking. Or "Money don't matter" - person who is already rich.
It's hard to get a grasp of the reality since he didn't particularly get affected negatively.
It's the peak of entitlement mentality. If you don't have the experience of being shafted by a system, you assume it works great for everyone.

If you don't have the full picture (in this case because you probably don't speak fluent English and can't hear much of her side), it's all too easy to just go along when the company and all of your idols agree that it was tragic and necessary and all her fault...

It was to an extent that Niji could be viewed as a brand risk by collaborating companies if they didn’t terminate her. The situation is completely fucked but it’s something that nearly every business would parrot if they were in a similar situation.
It's no wonder Cover does so well as a company. They have a great example of what not to do as a competitor.

They werent as good either at the beginning, but the difference were they slowly learnt and made their management better, despite mistakes and errors, overall the talents underneath them were mostly feeling comfortable
And they're the one that are supposed to be the idol company, an industry notoriously known to milk their talents. Selen/Doki didn't graduate. They were fired after essentially forcing Niji into it. I know this got buried but from everything we know and from what Doki said, it was her who turned down gradution and all forms to end mutually.

The reason Doki prepared for this to happen, because she expected it to happen. She's been dealing with these malicious incompetent managers for years, she knew what they were like as people, seeing as how they almost drove her to end it all. And she's not even the only one, Nina and Mysta also went through variations of this behaviour from useless corpo asshats.
Thank God we still have Nina and she's in a better place. I can't imagine the treatment she got at Nijisanji
If it wasnt for Zaion risking her life fighting against mistreatment and getting the truth out (the most crazy part is that nearly everything she accused Ninji of got confirmed, which proves her honisty) who knows if people may have believed Selen.
Zaion took the hit for so many just to expose them, that poor girl even have to take anti depressants because of that. Hopefully all the love and support helps her healing from this experience.
You can clearly see how happy and cherry she was before Ninji and how she is now after, truly heartbreaking.

From her statement in Neopet stream, Selen/Dokibird collected proof for a HR complaint due to favouritism and bullying. Heck she made sure to make it professional, even checking with a lawyer.
BUT THEN Niji fired her for it and shared her privacy info around internally despite saying they wouldn't. Selen tried to leave on neutral terms, but the management was still so spooked by that HR complaint they tried to pull her rep through the mud, multiple times.
In inclusion, Nijisanji kept shot their own foot, using livers as meatshield while pretend it wasn't their fault. 2024 is getting even more worse now...
At this point is not just the foot they started to shoot in vital areas

So when Nijisanji says "the loss will be negligible" that means: The talents have to illegally address the situation directly. The branch cancels a multi-talent streaming event. And the CEO makes a public statement apologizing to investors in a video after a week of their stock trending downwards. I guess I was just wrong about the definition of "negligible" my whole life.
On the bright side, Dokibird now has 500k subs!
Billion dollar companies, less than a 50% stock drop in a week is considered negligible controversy damage.
Just a heads up, their stock price is still within regular variation for the company's history, it had just risen up 20% since december and as for this moment dropped 16%.
Better wait a few more weeks to say for sure how much they'll be affected financially.

Maybe the stock alone is "negligible". The CEO still made an official announcement apologizing to investors. That is not something you do for a "financially negligible" situation. If a statement was made, it would usually be someone else. They have been losing sponsors as well, so maybe they are close to losing a sponsor that actually matters to them.
It could be the Good Smile company thing. They took down Ninji merch from both the US and China stores apart from one figure. Considering how much Niji takes from merch sales and how important that is to them, maybe that's what goes beyond "negligible" and warranted the CEO personally speaking on the matter. That would still mean the loss isn't "negligible".
@@Videogeek95 It dropped by 20% over one week from december 11 to december 19 in 2023, just two months ago. if we look over the entire last year, it has still gone up by a lot in that time, and it used to be at more than double where it is now at some point in the past. It really is still very little to go on for the long term. I expect things to get far worse soon, though.

As a briskadet i honestly don't know how to feel lol. Man hasn't streamed in almost 2 weeks and all he does is tweet gn...
Some of mine is still in Niji, that including Elira. And i won't lie, after seeing the stream/vid in Elira's channel and listening to it, I felt conflicted even more, cuz while I'm with the kurosanji wagon and on Selen's side, I still wanted to at least watch some of oshis in EN still especially after Mysta, Pomu and Selen(I watched Nina and Mika too but not as much as the other 3)left/got fired, I thought maybe I can still watch and support them at leeast by watching them all despite everything, and I did considered unsubscribing to just actually stay away from anything related nijisanji.
But then after that video, I thought of it again, and i did unsubscribe to some of them, actually almost of the niji livers, except for some exceptions like Rosemi or Petra and Scarle. In the end I've just decided that I will probably only watch and keep an eye/ear or whatever for my oshis still in niji thru clips and ask some mutual friends still watching them what's up every now and then, but besides that, I'm gonna have to stay away from their channels. Cuz yeah, i want to support them, but being on the side(forced or not) of what I think is in the wrong, even if they're my oshis, won't make me blind and side with nijisanji and act like everything is fine..it's heartbreaking to see my oshis to be on the opposite sides each

I honestly hope Scarle slips out of Niji undetected and unscathed. The wild thing is I've seen hints from False, Khyo & even Nux, that there is at least one more thing not related to this, possible more, that we've yet to hear. I want to say False has said he is dropping something in April dealing with Anycolor. So I doubt it's going to be possible for Anyclor to dig themselves out of the hole they are currently in before the end of this year.
After this, I'd say if someone is a Nijisanji talent and they didn't mess up, they need to get out ASAP. We've seen time and time again, that the community will follow talents they like, even when those talents leave an agency. Of course, that only works if they don't hose their reputation. Helping Anycolor management with their public feud, is a great way to torch one's reputation. If they are using coercion with the threat of retaliation for not going along with the feud, well best to eat it because they'll probably do something else to justify termination. It also won't do any good to take the reputational hit, if the company ends up cratering from all their BS anyways.
I'd say a full boycott is in order because Anycolor has made it loud and clear they'll do what they want, how they want and the community and talents be damned here. It sucks that talents who probably weren't doing anything wrong are going to get hit here, but Anycolor isn't given the fandom a choice. Other than their pocketbooks, there really aren't any other tools to use; especially, if we aren't Japanese citizens, who are the only one's that can put indirect political pressure on Anycolor.
Has to suck for Kyo, dude was suppose to graduate this week, I suspect Anycolor's crap is going to sour things for his graduation. Hell, dudue probably has to worry about management trying to hijack it, so they can take another swipe at Selen.

We can see that Nijisanji is performing the Scorched Earth Tactic, not letting the terminated talent have a single victory in the court of public opinion. The harder Selen tries to stand up for herself, the more Earth Nijisanji will burn until only ember remains on both sides.
It only feels like the practice of "making an example out of her" and "hammering the nail that sticks out" taken to the extreme. It is like Niji cannot allow her to leave with anything other than utter defeat because of the precedent it would set inside the company.
