She started singing then. She is very vocal about helping young people with mental issues and her repertoire reflects that. This song is about despair and depression after losing a boyfriend. She says that "looking forward to" keeps her going. Last year she decided to submit two songs to the Dutch Eurovision jury. This one was selected. She performed the song live on TV for the first time last saturday and it sounded exactly as in the video. I think she will easily make the finals with this entry. Very well done.
