Ive done a few videos on this and just recently posted one in my "Questions Answered" video.
Don’t understand why this is needed. Is the threaded shaft king enough to stay put and not bend the base with the extension build up of 3 washers?
It is machined from 303 stainless and is truly a great addition to your door to prevent the double rotary latch from hanging on the striker bolt head. The NoLOX striker bolt also addresses issues with screen door contacting the head of the OEM striker bolt. Yes, the thread is plenty long.
