1 of the things I really love to learn better, lifting spirits its just really difficult to do in dark times. Than I would recommend to keep it low, or figure out a new way. People can really start to dislike you when your totally bright, and they have it really difficult. You also become like the 5 others you surround yourself with. How awesome would it be when youre up, dive deep down and lift others up with you, without getting sucked in a negative spiral. Would you have good insights on this?
