Wish you had posted it in 2019 😁. TLDR: Unplanned 1 day pondicherry visit and exploration. My Pondi visit was too crazy and totally unplanned, me and my 3 friends, were having dinner at Friday night 8pm in Bangalore and the next thing was we packed our bags and reached bus station by 10:30pm to get a bus to pondi, the bus was having exactly 4 seats vacant and the bus had already left from there, the agent asked the bus driver to wait and gave a ride in his car to the bus. Night we spent in commute nxt morning got scooties on rent explored 1-2 beaches, cafes (same happened with us like we used to end up at the same place where we started 😂) tried to visit Auroville but they informed like there was some advance booking we need to make before reaching there. Enjoyed the moon rise, Instead of booking hotel we just paid 300rs to bath and change in a hotel, booked a return bus and just slept in bus till Bangalore.
Some of the other places I've explored in south are: 1.Coonor & Kotagiri: These are two places near Ooty which are less crowded and very scenic you will enjoy the route more than the viewpoints, forget about mobile network, sometimes you won't even get GPS to locate. 2. Chikmagalur: Place to explore nature in its purity, most places are just Hill-Top but scenery and weather is worth enjoying. 3. Irupu falls: Water fall in Brahmagiri forest area, unfortunately there is no nearby place to explore but route can be set to visit it from Mysore and then head towards Madikeri/Coorg (another nice place to explore).
I had visited pondicherry in 2016..it was such a hot weather and kinda felt the place so disorganised... But the promenade area (French area) Is so beautiful and must visit ❤️... moreover it has lot of popular restaurant known for its grape pulp juices & obviously south Indian Cuisine Really the traffic is so worse ,no traffic cop and motorcycles encroaching our pedestrian paths and drainage system is worst in Pondicherry... Do visit my Kerala next time after all these pandemic chaos..shayad se 😂
Agreed. Its becoming a popular tourist place but its definitely not tourist friendly! I’ve been to Kerala. Its simply mesmerising!! Munnar and Alleppy are beautiful!
@@Vidushi_Gaur there is alot in Kerala apart from Alleppey and munnar ... Even as Keralite..I haven't explored all the tourist destination in Kerala 🙈 I haven't Crossed beyond Karnataka 😂😂... It's really wonderful to know you have visited almost everywhere in India 😘
