But, I am honestly not very good at filing my nails, and they tend to be thin, weak, and flimsy. So for me personally, this video has been a total godsend!!! tbh it's pretty easy for me, it wasn't before since i was a biter. but i usually used different types of techniques (hot sauce, nail polish, gloves, bandaids) but then i used some nail polish called 'nail aid' and it's been good for me ever since, it really made my nails strong and made me stop biting them but although it kind of makes your nails a pinkish color it's fine. :)

No there’s different ways to do almond a lot of people do it differently but a lot of times it’s pointy personally I like the rounder look cause when it’s sharp it looks like stiletto
You just cant get your nails in water for long periods of time. Because Natural nails soak water and that turns them transparent...also nail polish gives them a yellowish tone
The drier your nails are the more white they are. It doesn't necessarily mean they are healthy I don't think, as long as your nails are transparent from oil and not water transparent nails can be healthy too.
I like to file my nails when they have polish on, this reinforces them, but as long as they aren’t wet, you’re safe from damaging them (unless you use a file that’s too rough). It’s worth shelling out $ for a quality nail file, not a dollar store cheapie!!!

Well you can put a clear coat of nail polish on your nails and it was prevwnt them from breaking but I'm not sure you can do things like soaking your nails to grow them faster while you have it on

As far as I know filing the "saw" method actually chip and break your nails more. filing one way only is better for nail growth. And filing with a metal file is the worst for any nail.

It’s worth buying QUALITY nail files! They last longer, and don’t fray your nails. Glass files are great, or 240 grit, or higher, paper files.

If you soak them in a little warm water and baking soda, this will help get stains off the nail!

Well you can put a clear coat of nail polish on your nails and it was prevwnt them from breaking but I'm not sure you can do things like soaking your nails to grow them faster while you have it on
Try rubbing castor or almond oil every night, you'll notice the difference in strenghth and length in a week!
Don't always put the garlic on them!!!!

Abby smith yes but if you finish in one direction, it is the same. Filing in the see saw motion just speeds up the process.

Mine always ended up snapping at the corners once they get longish, i'm guessing i'm filing them wrong.
The almond shape she did was actually oval and the oval shape she did was actually round !!!

This REALLY WORKS GREAT.
Well right now i file them round since they are just barely getting long an have yet to peek over the edge of my fingers.and i only file in one direction with a glass file.

As far as I know filing the "saw" method actually chip and break your nails more. filing one way only is better for nail growth. And filing with a metal file is the worst for any nail.
