It's so funny watching you get confused by Jisung in Chewing Gum, he's an actual child in that MV but when you watched Hot Sauce he was an adult AHAHA, so he got really tall and his voice got deeper, I think you'll find the NCT Dream unit concept really interesting if you look into it and understand you're watching the evolution of these idols from tween/early teen years to adults.

gimme gimme is one of THE BEST Japanese releases from a Korean group I've ever heard, and I love a lot of kpop groups.

Let me introduce you to your "issue"--Lee Taeyong. To put it in perspective for you, Taeyong has pink hair in "Cherry Bomb," light purple hair in "Gimme Gimme," is the red-head in "Boss", the blond center in "Kick It," the fast rapper in "Chain," is wearing red pants in "Firetruck," and is the first guy that slides on the screen in "Make a Wish." Taeyong is the leader of NCT 127 and of NCT as a whole. He is also a main rapper, main dancer, vocalist, center, visual, and face of the group. Those are his official titles, but he is also a lyricist, composer/producer, and choreographer among other things. You can ID him because he is in the center a lot, especially during dance breaks, and he is the main rapper that's NOT Mark. Lol! I mentioned in a comment for another video, but Markyong is the best! The dance for "Cherry Bomb", "Boss", and "Kick It" are iconic in Kpop, but ALL of their dance practices are just so good, so I hope you get into those! "Chewing Gum" was NCT Dream's debut, so this indeed them. Dream subunit was originally for the youngest members (under 20 only). There was a graduation system to keep members as teens only, but they changed it, and it's now a fixed unit. They were all teenagers at the time. General subunit sounds: 127--hard-hitting, experimental sounds, Dream--youthful, lively sounds, WayV--silky, smooth, NCT U--mixed bag. NCT has something for everyone.
Look at the release date of the Chewing Gum MV, and look at the birth year for each NCT Dream member. Those are the same members, but you're watching a really old MV. It was their debut as a deliberately young group, to target a very young market - it was waaay more successful than SM probably intended as it formed an extremely loyal fanbase that has grown up with the boys, and the members are STILL extremely young in comparison to the rest of the industry but they have been working for a very long time.
Yes, so agree with you. He doesn’t do research just react, all the information is on the internet, it won’t take too long to find out. I guess he doesn’t know Asian idols usually debut early at their young age.
The kids in Chewing Gum are all the NCT Dream you are familiar with, some of the parts of the MV were shoot some months prior as they weren't initially gonna use hoverboards for this concept. That's why in some parts they look really really young and other parts really really really young.

YESSS MORE WAYV HYPE!! There is a choreo for Love Talk which they performed a couple times but yeah, definitely not what i envisioned initially when the MV came out but i still like it.
Definitely recommend the Action Figure performance video! Not an MV, but a banger of a song and fun choreography.
Oh also the Nectar live stage - we were robbed of ever getting an MV, Track Video or Performance Video, but there are some videos that show their live stage from an online concert last year. Watch it for... reasons.

Yep no other kids in the Chewing Gum mv. They were around 14-17 yrs old that time. That "kid", is their maknae/youngest, Jisung.
You would see Mark (and Haechan) almost everywhere because he is in 2 fixed subunits, and many NCT U combinations. He is also in SuperM, a "super" group with members of NCT, EXO, and SHINee.
Noooo the first anime character in kick it name is YUTA a Japanese member but in cherry is Taeyong mmm i recommend you react super M in this group the members are KAI, BAEKHYUN (exo members), MARK ,TEN,LUCAS,TAEYONG(nct members) and TAEMIN(shinee member) this group is insane because have the bests in sm and I don’t know if you know 🤣 but if you don’t know jajaja you can react this group ,other name of this group is avengers of kpop, love your reaction 🥰🥰🥰🥰🙌🙌🙌

I still remember when I first listen to Love Talk during pandemic and I don't know anything about kpop and I was so surprised with them singing in English language like my favorite boyband in the 90s, and after that I just know this is not Kpop group but a Chinese Pop C-Pop group?? That's when my love for WayV grew even more until today.

Im obviously nct biased ,i discovered kpop back in 2012 some of my favorite groups back then and still my favorites till this day : SHINee, Super junior, BigBang,teen top , infinite,girls generation ... Lots of groups the list goes on then years later with the new generations show up i lost interest no offense at all they are talented for sure but they didn't strike my attention i got bored they seemed the same to me in 2019 at the end of that year TH-cam kept recommending nct from nowhere i wasn't keeping up with kpop to the point i heard about SHINee's jonghyun passing away In 2019 ! So back to nct TH-cam recommending nctand i always say yeah no this is one of the new groups who all sounds the same i wasn't interested util one night i was bored a nct reaction video was the start to Stan them I saw this American boy reacting to them he was shocked during cherry bomb i was shocked too ,amazed ,i was like what is this song ! I loved it so much ,my first comeback was kick it and yeah I'm addicted to them ,why ? Because they're so unique , different , unpredictable,talented ... Just kings ,my bias at first was taeyong but i saw nct reacting to their mv kick it and a beautiful anime boy with long silver hair took my heart it was yuta ,and after following them on social media i saw pics of yuta with red hair everyone losing minds over that red hair and I lost my mind over him too so he became my ultimate bias not because he is so so breathtaking anime character but also talented so talented his dance moves so smooth and powerful his voice his Aura everything about him made me fall in love i love his personality too i love him so much .I'm very mesmerized by he was a football player coming from japan to Korea to become one of the greatest idols just amazing.nct for me is something very unique and amazing

I think there's no choreography for Love Talk because uhhh... what would they do? To accompany this song? How would they dance? It would be bad for the health of all wayzennies - this song is already dangerous enough. Still surprised it exists but the fact they aren't a Korean group gives them a lot more freedom with some things - but also less freedom in others I guess :/ We need a WayV comeback, it has been TOO LONG SM.
It is also a Bside, so that’s why there is no choreo and relatively simple MV
I think they performed love talk with dance somewhere, the video is available in TH-cam also I've watched it.

I don't think I have seen anyone explaining properly. I don't know how familiar you are with NCT as this is the first of your videos I am watching so apologies if you already knew, but it appears you don't.
NCT has a very unique concept. The subunits are NCT 127, NCT U, NCT Dream and WayV (with NCT 2018 and NCT 2020 which were collaborations between the units those years). These subunits have DIFFERENT members, some are the same but majority is different. That is why you can't recognize most of NCT Dream if you have not watched many Dream videos before, they are NOT the exact same members as NCT 127.
NCT 127 - Taeyong, Mark, Yuta, Johnny, Jaehyun, Haechan, Jungwoo, Taeil, Doyoung (and former member Winwin)
NCT Dream - Mark, Haechan, Jisung, Chenle, Jeno, Renjun, Jaemin
NCT U - every song has different members (SM Entertainment picks members that fit the songs' concepts)
WayV - Ten, Winwin, Kun, Lucas, Hendery, Yangyang, Xiaojun
In total, NCT has currently 23 members (not all were a part of NCT from their debut in 2016, members have joined since).The two newest members, Sungchan and Shotaro has yet only appeared in NCT U tracks.
NCT127 mainly makes what many call "noise music", NCT Dream started off with a "cute" concept (which they have strayed more from with the years) as they debuted very young and WayV mainly operates in China (most of the members are Chinese) and their songs are mainly in Chinese.
Some of these members also appear in the group SuperM which is an amalgamation of SM Entertainment artists.
SuperM - Taeyong (NCT), Mark (NCT), Ten (NCT), Lucas (NCT), Taemin (SHINEE), Kai (EXO), Baekhyun (EXO)
I hope this helps. They have not casted actors to play younger versions of any members.
