Made my son T shirt. It came out perfect....oh my gosh. He actually complemented it and ask for 4 more and you know how teens can be. Thanks very much❤
Hi! Where do you put the notches in the sleeves and armholes? I think I saw one in the sleeve, which you aligned with the shoulder seam. Are there others? Thank you for the tutorials. I can make myself a t-shirt now, even if I don't quite understand what I'm doing with those curves.
Hi, Thank you for watching. There are different methods of sewing and you just need to find what works for you. When I learned how to sew T-shirts, I wasn't taught to notch so many places like the classic sewing methods. With T-shirts, I have come to realise that the most important notch is the one in the middle of the sleeve because it has to align with the shoulder seams. This is because the jersey fabric stretches. If for instance, you cut the sleeves too short, you can gently stretch it from the middle to fit in and then iron it to release the tension it creates from stretching. Once the shoulder notch aligns, other parts can be stretched to fit. I hope this makes sense.

I don’t know why I find it hard to find reasonable measuring tape to buy online. Always so thin
Good jod dear and then I would like you draft a T-shirt v-neck
Thank you. I'll look into making one soon.
Hey Bhookie
Hey John!
For me as a beginner it’s not detailed enough.
What sort of information or details would you require?
@@Bhooki i would love to see you doing the stitching so i can see the proces more detailed. Love that you react. Thank you for that! 😁
I would look into that. Thank you
