I can get a solid 570k with up to 250 lines is that good or would you call that average

That's good, it's around 250 lines that it gets tough so you'll just have to optimize even more before that with more Tetrises and T-spins if possible ;)

yes, but now just with Tetris, you would have to do a lot of T-spins
