    I have been in the Fitness bus for 30 yrs, but never seen this format. I love it!! Works all formats of fitness.(even the brain)!

    Thank you so much for posting this! I have been looking for this Piyo round to do at home ever since doing it in a live class over a year ago! Definitely a favorite and your instruction is great especially when we can't see the screen due to our position. Thank you! Thank you!

    OMFG Michelle, love love love your workouts. Not been able to do the longer workouts b4 work and teach at night. I was going to just to a 30 min Yoga sesh as been doing them daily and so this. I miss teaching PIYO, I thought I was still getting the rounds and discovered after the no teaching BB that I only had up to 49 so was gutted but your express ones are the bomb. Thanks so much and hope to get those missed rounds somehow. My legs btw are on fire, missed the burn. You’re a delight to be instructed by

    Ok .so I challenged myself to do a workout longer than 30 min .ain't gonna lie I was yelling at you on the screen..." We ain't done yet"...but I needed it and I completed it! Thanks as always 💚

      Did it again! I feel myself getting stronger..I need to work on my flexibility and my DIET!!! If I can get that down I'll be alright

    Even though I completed this workout, I did about 70% of the moves..It was hard ...my coordination is so off..But I will be doing it over and over again

    i have done a lot of Piyo and this went a little way too fast with no time to breathe in between, i am very fit and felt light headed

      For filming purposes I edit out the time between songs. You can always stop video for a minute to regroup. As for the pace, I teach to the beat (as all PiYO classes should). Maybe you just need to do a few times to be more comfortable with the pace. Hope that helps..
