What do you guys think Crucible will be about?
Are you as hype as I am for another crafting league?!?
Kaom.. who could be the one we look at.. has a line : More heads for my belt (headhunter maybe) also his belly is molten lava(as the giant shown in the reveal), the belly is used as a Crucible. maybe empowered by the souls we feed him/his belt.?
Oooh, wow, that's a really good theory! It definitely seems like it could be Kaom-related. Kaom is often related to lava (Kaom's Stronghold, Caldera Map), so it would definitely fit the vibe of this area.
Not only that, the memory of Kaom that we fight in Act 3 has a body that looks like it's made out of lava - so the figure could definitely be a Kaom whose body has cooled.
The connection to Headhunter through Kaom is *very* interesting. With it being such an iconic item, I can definitely see GGG tying it in somehow... 🤔
yeah I'd love a more deterministic crafting mechanic, but after what GGG did with Harvest I won't get my hopes up.
hype like always, cant wait. Edit: my wish is... we craft our own skills there :D
