Barcelona head coach Xavi Hernandez could still leave the club this summer. The Catalans' president Joan Laporta and part of the board are furious with Xavi after his recent comments. The Barça coach said that the club does not have the same opportunities in the transfer market as before.
People close to Laporta keep telling him that Xavi cannot remain coach next season. Xavi's place at Barca is no longer 100% guaranteed, and the next few days will be crucial.
If Barcelona lost against Almería, Xavi would have been sacked. Laporta did not travel with the team because he's mad at Xavi, and considers firing the manager.

i feel like it’s good and bad at the same time that xavi will be sacked, i feel like he developes players (i know roque doesn’t play) roque came because lewa was doing bad and gavi’s injury roque will adapt during summer and be ready for the new season as a rotational player for lewa as it’s his last year. It might be good for roque solidifying his spot for after lewa leaves
