We can hope! But I do think Kamen Rider 0, Ichiro, was supposed to be that universe’s V3 since he has the half typhoon belt which was originally known as the Double Typhoon the same as V3’s Although seeing a proper V3 in Shin form would be super cool-
The actual "Shin" Kamen Rider. Iirc, they refer to this upgrade & color scheme as shin kamen rider in the original. I thought it was very clever.

@@cooliofoods4132 yeah, but V3 is a Dragonfly & Hopper hybrid, not butterfly. But I can see shin V3 as an upgrade from 00, in universe.
