No wonder I like the look of this dude so much, hideaki anno was involved in it. I wasn’t able to grab the sh figuarts one but I was able to preorder the figure rise just before it sold out. Also got the scarf and jacket from 5ktoys for $20. Can’t wait to see how it looks in person, such a cool design.
I really love how they knocked out the shoulders. To me, the shoulders are the perfect blend of the first SS Rider 1 shoulders and the V3 shoulders. V1 & 2 had all the mobility. V3 was odd but I did like how you get that sharp shoulder on V3 vs the roundness of a ball joint. Shin Kamen Rider 1 gets the best of both worlds. Fantastic figure. Absolutely one of their best releases.
I'm not a huge figure guy, but I've recently gotten into Kamen Rider (particularly the Showa era), and I couldn't resist buying this as soon as I just finished the film this evening. I am so excited to get it, I feel like a little kid lol, can't wait to get it.
Shin Ichigo being little bit shorter kinda make sense since his actor is shorter than Shin Nigo lol. Here's predicting that Shin Nigo will scale as tall as the current Reiwa SHF.
Something that I found out while messing with my shin kamen rider is that in the upper torso, he has some sort of extension that makes him crunch forward even more
i want to make a custom of kamen rider with a lightning collection body because a lot of sh figuarts simply are out of my budget but i cant find the model kit or something to get the helmet :T
Man, I wish this was priced around 8000 yen instead of 12000 yen; it's way too overpriced even for people who live in Japan. Kamen Rider V3, Ryuki, and Hibiki have always been my favorite ones growing up as a kid here in a Japan

Nah wires can be done well on cloth goods I think there's some third party coats and stuff like it
