Giving the current ridiculous reduction of international spending limits on naira debit cards from $100 to $20. What are the best alternatives you'd advice someone who what's to purchase items higher than a $100. In my own case, I do not have a dollar account or PayPal. Thanks!

With the current limitations, you will be able to make payments with a virtual card, domiciliary card and you can also make payments using chrisvicmall (using a Chinese agent to make your purchase from china). @@DynamoLord you can't have access to official rate @ 415. Only commercial banks offer rates that low, and commercial banks restricted spending limit to $20 with a Naira master card. Other method involves getting a domiciliary card ( dollar card ) of which you must convert and deposit in dollars. Now the problem is where will you find dollars at 415? Bureau de change will convert for you at the black market rates, which is similar to what barter offers you. So at the end, the options you have is limited but you still able to pay for what you want without bank wahala and the rest. ( The process to get the card from a bank is one thing to consider, talk less of the converting Naira at bureau de change or other exchange bureau. I hope you found this response helpful!
Nice video. My biggest fear is about the custom fees. Let's say I order a phone of around 300$, do I still need to pay extra as custom charge when it arrives in Nigeria?
