- So I bought this futon as a replacement for my old futon which was too big for my room. Turns out this futon is pretty nice for the price!

We just bought one. I drank a beer and watched my husband set it up. He called me names. So far we like it lol! We got it so my niece could have a place to sleep when she stays over. We have a "theater room" and set it up in there. She likes to fall asleep watching TV. I like that it doesn't have sides so my cat is less likely to use it as a scratching post, and it's low enough for my little miniature pinschers to jump onto it.

Just got this for a little space in a "Man room/TV room" I'm pretty impressed. Feels much nicer than what it costs. Not quite sure why people say it's hard? Seems like the right amount of firmness for a new couch especially since it's a fold down futon. I have slept on much worse. It's in my personal room so kids won't be jumping on it and grubbing it up so I don't see why it won't last for a long time. Cup holder is so cool. Perfect size for what I need. I would definitely buy it again. Also as to how low it is seems right for me. Rather it be slightly low than too high.

Thank you. I'm needing something temporary to sleep on until my bed is delivered. I didn't want to spend a lot and didn't want to end up with 2 beds, so this would be good as a sofa in the living room later. I'm 4'10" tall, so I don't think legnth would be an issue.

I have similar one. My issue is the hinge sleeping in it is not very comfortable. so how do I go about fixing it so it is more comfortable to sleep on. I am using a mattress topper but could still be more comfortable.
Just bought my similar one from Walmart, with a 2in topper.... And yes it could still use MORE cushion...
Would def have a hard time sleeping on it without the mom foam gel pad....

You could probably do it without but a drill makes it super quick
No. All u need is the Allen wrench.
I'm 130. And put it together in about a half hour... It's as easy as can be to assemble
Do you think itll last long? And do you have to be gentle or can you just move around it freely?
I pull it forward and push it backward a decent amount and it’s fine. Really holding up well even after getting a lot of use.
Did the box or paperwork say what the weight limit is??

They are around 4 inches, so not very tall.
As far as sitting, do you think two adult males would fit comfortably without being too heavy??

I've had this futon for 5 years. The only thing I don't like is the seating area is too low. It's only 13 inches from the ground. My parents with bad knees and taller people don't like that and it's not deep either. Most couches should be 17 inches from the ground.
Has the leather messed up in anyway ? How is the quality so far
@@ay-de6sq yes the stitching separated after 5 years in the seating area. But other than that it wasn’t too bad. Just replaced it with a sofa and threw this out . A neighbor of mine took it and is now using it in their garage.
Is it actually comfortable to sit on and lay on?
Yes, I’ve sat on it many times and even slept on it when I’ve been too lazy to go upstairs.

@@Gamingcomedy He is trying to help. The instructions call for screwing the two bolts into each leg into the pre drilled holes, and also using the 4 smaller screws drilled into the frame on each leg as well. It will help to maintain stability over time. Good review overall and happy gaming!

I have this exact futon. It is very hard to sit or sleep on. I would not recommend this futon. Walmart does have others with a better quality.
I got one emoji for Walmart 🖕🏾 they sent mines with no legs or arm cushions just got my package now. WTF am I going to do sit on the floor!?!???
This is a terrible product unless you have no pets, children, and only use it for looks. It’s not durable enough if you have small children or animals or you’re an average sized adult. It is extremely uncomfortable and tears up easily
