One of mine isn’t charging
How to reset them? 1 keepers disconnecting then connecting over and over again
On the earphones theres two buttons on top and one button on the back. Hold the button on the back to reset
You turn on Bluetooth and turn off Bluetooth.
How do I fix the headphones? One earbuds is much quiter than the other.
@@user-ec4fk4xu9i on top of headphones there’s a + and - that controls the volume for the headphones as well
Can't get them to pair with phone
@@lizmorgan1646 open case and then close case keep repeating if not there’s a button located right next to the light hold that button.
