Arts is so OP now in JP, it's not even funny. There are so many good Servants with Art's NP, who benefit greatly from Castoria. Weak Servants and strong Servants alike become increadible. Assassin EMIYA, Saber Lancelot, Fionn, Sitonai, Hundred Face, Robin, Ryouma....Arts is the Meta now, and Arts is probably going to stay this way, until the next OP Support.
Everytime I see Saito, I still say his NP should've been "Gatotsu" in some form, preferbly "Zero Shiki", due to how much Ruroni Kenshin has influenced his stories.
