Is there a mechanic we can exploit with the yang guifei boss? Like with hokusai that she doesn't attack until all of her minions are defeated, is there some kind of mechanic for yang aswell?
Well, here's the summary of the summaries I've read: We get ported into Imaginary Numbers Space, find out one of the Nemo's is an imposter, it turns out to be Hokusai, who fell under Cthulu's control after witnessing Gogh's NP (Gogh, btw, is nymph Clytie merged with actual Vincent Van Gogh, they were merged so that he couldn't kill himself). We uncorrupt Hokusai, prematurely summon and defeat the Outer God (which is the way Nasuverse refers to all Lovecraftian gods, btw) controlling Van Gogh, and prepare to go home. Before we can do that, though, it turns out that Yang has also been an imposter under the control of Cthugha all along, but flipped him the bird after falling in love with Guda Kiyohime-style, i. e. she thinks they're her beloved emperor reborn (oh, and we also find out this is actually a dream). She brainwashes other Foreigners and forces them into battle royale to prove who's the one Foreigner worthy of Guda. Guda then defeats everyone with Van Gogh (who's now an ally) but can't uncorrupt Yang, who's now more emissary of an Outer God than human, so Wu decides to do the fusion dance with Van Gogh to enhance the latter's NP against Yang (because Wu is her step-grandma) and forces a geas on her that makes her become less corrupted if she wants to get along with Guda. We then proceed to say our goodbyes to Van Gogh and wake up, but one of her tentacles gets stuck and she gets pulled through into the real world to join Chaldea. Edit: Somehow, it all sounds even less sane the way I wrote it.
