@@SenpaiBo yo Also, raid bosses and regular bosses are designed very differently so although dw does put effort into their boss design they also haven't cared much about making raids anywhere near difficult since, like, ibaraki
Honestly for that Archer you could've just switched in a Jack the Ripper and had her use S2 to remove the Guts. Wouldn't have been as fancy but it would've been more practical.
