Which source of income would you like to try as well? Some obviously require more effort than others (e.g. all the content creator things I do) but it's been fun to build out my sources. ✨
How did you got about purchasing a property without being in that location? How did you search for a property manager? How do you establish trust? etc. etc.
Sorry for such a technical question, but I see your mic isn't that close to you and it still sounds good. What mic is it? How far is it from you? (This is big pain point for me - thank you.)
I think it's a sign that I found your channel! Literally started dressmaking again last month, invested in a sewing machine and and now reading about pattern drafting. Could you share your etsy link? I couldn't see it in the description.
Omg she has less than 6k😮 I’ve watched her videos for a while and I thought she had like 100k (at least) because of the quality of the videos… I’m sure she’ll have more than 100k by the end of the year tho. She’s the whole package of a person to be honest.
💥💥🤓🤓☀️Hey I realy have a serious question it's about what major should I chose btw I'm 19 ( I'm soo confuse about the computer science or nursing anesthésia) please can you give me advice I realy need it and thank you for you time.
Nice Video. Definitely interested in more Videos about financial organization. You could also make a Video where you show how you are planning your time to make all this income streams happen.
Thanks for sharing another informative vlog. I got a chuckle out of the remark as to interest rates today at 7-8 per cent. When I bought my first house it was 17 per cent , talk about being scared at that time can I afford this! That was a fixed rate, we figured we could remortgage if they came down which they didn’t. This was in 1976, so all things relevant, income, cost of property etc. thanks for this vid again and have a great day Maria. 😊
Well but the interest rate was just par of the calculation. Part of affordability is the amount needed to pay for something. For example if I borrow at 20% yet the total amount is much less than I can easily afford the interest rate does not mean much. For example a house that cost 100K at 5% likely had a interest rate cost similar to one at 50K at 10%. So no if people now have to buy housing at 400K with 1/2 the interest rate they likely pay a similar amount in interest as some who bough a house at 200K paying 2X their rate.

This is so helpful 🤩 Please more vids about credit cards, Imma about to get mu first credit card for traveling but I don’t know which one is better. Also if you got tips about saving money, how to, maybe some formulas, that would be awesome.
Ouuu I like this video. Can you make a video on all your credit cards and what you use them for? I only have 3 and I think there may be better cards out there to optimize rewards.
Great information, and none of the big scammy type get rich quick gigs. Most of these arent really "passive" income though, as you have to put in quite a bit of effort. Isnt that just regular income?

I love that you didn't mention dropshipping or any other scam. Only legit income sources!
Thank you ✨ that was really important to me because I try to stay authentic here

I loooove Canva 💕
Great tips, but have you forgotten work-life balance? It seems as if that is hidden behind your façade.
I don't think recouping depreciating item on poshmark can be considered as a source of income
Still waiting on the loyalty program for bilt. You promised the video like 8 months ago.
