Jason: "I'll help you kill Alex but leave my board alone, deal?" Chandler: "Deal." Also Chandler: *top decks citadel* "...You didn't say anything about your LIFE TOTAL"
I felt that everyone kind of focused on Alex a little too much. Maybe because of past games playing agaisnt Vihaan but I felt that Jason could’ve made a deal with Alex to not die from the treasure creature tokens and saved the removal for Bola’s Citadel. But then again, who would of thought of the top deck Citadel
Can't really play around Bolas's Citadel when it was clear Chandler didn't have it last turn. Also, if a removal spell takes 30 power out of play, you're typically going to use it but will always use it if it means saving yourself.
@@SmoothBrainEDH Maybe it’s because I haven’t played or played against Vihaan yet but he really took a lot of the targeted removal this game. Other than the boardwipe, he took almost all of it, which may have tunnel visioned my judgement on the last turn cycle.
Not trying to be rude at all, just asking: was the Planeswalker uniqueness rule changed? Curious how there was allowed to be 2 different Sorin Planeswalkers in play without having to kill one of them since they're both Sorin type. If it changed, I'd love to know! I just thought you couldn't do that. Thanks for the content!
Planeswalker uniqueness rule was removed in 2017 with Ixalan. The redirect rule was removed not long after. In 2018, Dominaria had planeswalkers printed as legendary, formalizing the phasing out the uniqueness rule in favor of the legendary rule.
@@SmoothBrainEDH WHAT!!! So this is completely legal?! You can have multiple Garruks, Jaces, etc in play together? I'm guessing the legend rule you mentioned only cares about the name then? And not the type? Thanks for shining light on this. I appreciate it!

"Ah I goofed" - Jason, 2024
And that's how my friend decided that he won't make deals with me anymore. 🤷♂️
My Vihaan deck has become kill on site for me within my game group. Glad to see I'm not the only one who has to live with that pain.

So happy to see vihaan. To bad he got bullied. Good deck tho. Needs cyberman and some more aristocrats
There wasn't ever a more relevant target. It saved them a lot of damage every time.
Just built Sorin and man is it fun.
It's nice to see two mardu decks at the table. A real gentleman's color combination.
i have got to know where alex got that homestuck mat from
I like both sorin and vihan now I'm conflicted which one to make
Just make both
@charlied8284 my heart said yes but my wallet said No 😅

Wouldn't Gisela prevent Jason from dying to the Gary trigger?
Gary is direct life loss, not damage. Gisela only prevents half of damage effects.
Gisela only stops damage not life loss. BIG difference between the two.
I'm dying from what the 3 white cards Matt said 😂
Chandler is cute
@@jordanderbidge532 That was what killed me because when his turn started he removed it like it was something your bot suppose to see
@jordanderbidge532 hey thanks
Wrong trigger of Stella at min 6:26.
As Stella was the 2nd spell of the turn itself > she doesn't trigger her ability after casting Mystical tutor
Stella was the first spell that turn. Flame of Anor was cast on Chandler's endstep
