    The Huben absolutely rocks. 💯

    What's amazing is this Huben didn't come from a manufacture with years of experience and evolution on their belt. Basically some dude designed it and put the design into a real life product, and not one with teething issues. Power, refinement, accuracy, quality is all built in.

    Thank you Mr. Utsler for this great video. I must mention that John and Zenaide (his wife) at New England are fabulous. I must recommend them wholeheartedly. I do look to see further comment and video concerning the Huben K1. Last, for others wanting to pursue the Huben K1 in 22 or 25, there are videos by Mr. Gregor Kamensek that will show in details this very worthy PCP.

    Picked up a 2022 .25 Huben K1 for 1K, impressive piece of Made in China manufacturing - nice fit, finish, and machining. Overall, powerful piece of kit with a lot of flexibility with settings, pellets, and slugs.

    I love my .22 cal Huben K1. You need to order the Huben K1 Swage Slugs from VARMINT KNOCKERS designed specifically for the K1. It will shoot though the same hole at 100 yards.

    I'd love to pick one of them up. I got a lcs and I love it. And yes LCS copied the Huben. I bought my LCS before I knew that tidbit. Wish I bought the Huben after I found out, but the LCS is a beast as well.

    • @AirGunWeb
      @AirGunWeb  3 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I’ve shot both. There is no comparison. The Huben is far better in my opinion. It may just be me, but the feel of it, the trigger, the total package is just superior. Again, just my opinion with limited trigger time on both.

      @@AirGunWeb Great review. I'm working on getting a Huben in 22. for hunting. I've heard a few people say they liked the Huben better (trigger mainly). Athough I own a bunch of pcp and the LCS is one of the must accurate I have. Hades pellets at 50yrd, sub MOA all day (minis the occasional flyer). Jsb heavies do almost as good. Slugs do well at 100yrds, turned up at 80fpe.
      I'm looking forward to more vids testing the Huben. Maybe try some Hades and see what you get.

    I really like the Huben K1, I wish they would make them in larger calibers a .357 cal or .457 cal would be even better. I usually don't buy air rifles smaller than .357 caliber, because they don't produce the power of my liking. Although there are a few .30 calibers I would make an exception for, and that would be the FX Impact M3, LCS Air Arms SK-19. I have 5 pcp rifles right now two which are .357 calibers, two are .510 calibers and one is a .72 caliber, that I just purchased a few months ago. I have already been looking around for a couple more to add to my collection, I was looking at some .457 calibers, since I don't have any of those calibers, But then I seen the Huben K1 .25 caliber and it definitely grabbed my attention.

    A little late to the game here, but a couple of things I would like to see: Also, I understand Huben is coming out with a new or updated version in the next couple of months or so. Anyway, one thing I'm not a fan of is the fill probe. Why don't they just put a Foster fill plug on there and be done with it? Two, they need to include a Pic rail on the bottom. Not a big thing for them to include. Three, it would be nice if it had removable mags like the Western Air Guns Sidewinder. And that's about it for me. Otherwise, looks like a fantastic air gun to own.

  • @SlingshotShooters

    I have the exact rifle and love it. Although I do not use pellets because they can jam. .253 slugs are awesome and have never had 1 jam. Also make yourself a seater to ensure the pellets sit in far enough. You will have to take it apart. Lol......its easy to fix jams once you do it a couple times. It's my most favorite airgun ever.

    • @asherr5966
      @asherr5966 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Where do you get .253 slugs? I got some .2513 AVS slugs and they didn't do too well, but the AVS .254s did group very well. However, I'd like to test some between those diameters, because really the .254s are tighter than I'd like. I'd like the smallest diameter that's still accurate.

    When you start shooting slugs don't waste your time with anything less than 253 or 254 would be even better. The 25s have a very large bore. Pellets shoot well with the right tune but they're basically using their Diablo design to fly straight the barrels lands are not engaging much at all so they're pretty much darts out of the barrel but they will shoot okay none the less. The right slug on the other hand will absolutely blow your mind how accurate they are even at distance. 100 yards is lights out every time if you have the right slug.

If you open the valve all the way and some guys do it kills your accuracy because you’re FPS spread is too big. I can load 18 pellets in that mag faster then loading two typical mags. The only down side is if you like to load more then 2 mags at a time when target shooting.
