Professionalism is heavily affecting development but with low consistency, important matches I thought they would underachieve and Salford would overachieve according to their CAs but apparently not, even more interesting to see was that the season preview odds were constantly predicting Salford higher despite high consistency and important matches, maybe season preview odds take hidden attributes into account but gameplay doesn't? You should've put determination to 1 since that seem to be the second most important personality attribute for development. I would love to see a 20 determination vs 20 professionalism experiment everything else at 1.
So from my experiments I have found Determination is not as important as many people think. I like thos idea and will definitely do something like this if I haven't already
Neville, the ultimate professional, overseeing a club full of reprobates. I hope he never sees this, it would kill him. I bet 20 controversy along with 1 professionalism is a wonderful combination.. imagine managing that. Also, while Stockport players are developing quicker those boys are complete bottlers (pressure 1) who can’t handle their emotions, so it would be interesting to see how they perform. And with 1 for consistency and important matches too they can’t play to their ability very often and especially not in big games.

Let me beat around my bushes as usual (sounded so wrong~! 😅 ) In my 20th-ish to almost 40th-ish seasons in FM20 (btw still dont have Model Citizens, maybe because I am not one myself~! 😅), I noted that my squad's Core is just vanilla Professionals, and I was like, man, maybe that's why I cannot win the CL easily like the league (in all humility). It's only in recent seasons that i started to go for Driven/Resolute folks more (because of videos like EBFM and yours), and while I finally got a 50 goal SC just last season (2064/65), put it this way - I once had a 120+ matches unbeaten run, while 70+ unbeaten is common. Nowadays, with a squad with a "better" mentality, I must get FM'ed at least once a season. The stronger you are overall, the more the game seems to want to "compensate" for your strengths by FM-ing you, IMHumbleO. Having said all these, again this season I did get a 14-0 result vs a top 4 side, so if there is zero FM-ing and everything clicked, it's a beautiful Resolute bloodbath. DISCLAIMER - AC Milan in Serie A is definitely easier than the EPL. P.S. Signed an English IF, so I am forced to be lop-sided in my usual 4-4-1-1, with the RW position pushed up to the IF. May I request that you do a video on 4-4-1-1 vs 4-2-3-1, emphasizing the test on the old 1990-ish winger positions, and the current pushed up to IF "wingers", yah? And, thank you as always.

@@jayhuahua ok, email sent. I dont simulate everything, so changes were made based on what I feel about the FM20 match engine (years ago, because we knew about Pace). In summary - it is a 4-4-1-1 with a lower block, but set to Attacking and counter-Attacking. 😅 Still, because we would have 4+4+1 (the AMC does help quite a bit) players pressing for the ball, we might have only 30+% of the ball, but we wont lose easily unless we met Messi or C.Ronaldo ... If you can simulate the differences between a 4-4-1-1 and 4-2-3-1, you might be the first few youtubers who had done so. In theory, a 4-4-1-1 might be more defensive, yet in my FM20 gameplay, the offense seems totally unaffected. In 4-2-3-1, the wingers do not press as much to me though. All very interesting.
