Potatoes/pototoes. This baby is too tense to have her relax to burp. I place them over my shoulder with their arms over my shoulder as well. It elongated the torso to help raise the air/gas. I do not circular rub the back but gently rub up/down. Not only do they burp, but pass gas too. Once they calm down, I resume the feeding.
Right!? Agreed… how to burp a baby??….put the baby gently on your shoulder (since the Dawn of time) and gently tap its back (with an open hand) or rub gently… a burp will come.. If you handle a baby like this in the video (especially after eating) it’s going to spit up…no need to sit the baby up like that..to much pressure is on the babies tummy after eating..
