Musta needed it !

Musta been super stoned!
This seriously was very helpful for the years of eye drainage. I massaged around the nose, eyes and in between the eyebrows. Several days later, I had yellowish/orangish mucus slid down the back of my throat. Coming from the area I was having eye leakage, especially. I had spit it out. Months later has past. What a relief! No needing to go to a doctor for that one. Thanks for posting this video.
@@divinetiming1005 still doing good without the eye drainage. Thanks for asking.
my favourite lymph drainage video! I can physically see the difference before and after doing this one. my nose clears, my eyes deflate and I feel better. thank you so much!
omg this really works. i did my left eye only & now my eyes are actually 2 different sizes! my left eye is almost 2 times bigger than my puffy rt eye. it actually feels like my eye is opened wider now. thanks so much
Can you recommend a professional in Seattle who does this facial work?
J
For real? How long did you do it?
this is ridiculously amazing. Ive recently notice that ive started getting bags and im not kidding after i did this once i saw a dramatic decrease in the puffiness. LOVE IT
I have come across dozens upon dozens of tutorials. Many quite good, but this one is amazing! The 2 areas that need the most attention are my neck area and around my eyes. This is the best I have seen for the eyes. WELL DONE!
i have tutorials that include the neck in my Instagram! @skin.by.shannon
I rarely ever comment on youtube videos, but I wanted to say that you've gained a new follower. I've been desperately searching for solutions in addition to my routine creams that would help under my eyes. I go for occasional facials, and many of the online searches lead to cosmetic procedures that are far beyond what I want to do at 23. I just tried this within the last hour and my eyes actually FEEL relieved in addition to looking a bit better. Thank you!
i know this is a very late response here in 2021 (i stopped geting notifications on this channel ages ago due to the trolls)... but I appreciate this. I'm more active over on Instagram these days, and would love to connect- @skin.by.shannon
Huge help! I get alot of tension in my forehead and behind my eyes, id always just expect my body to magically resolve it, but your method has proven to me that spending time massaging those areas really does the trick trick
wow! i feel the pressure release from my head and cheekbones instantly!! thank you so much for sharing! im doing this daily! it also helped my kids!
SUPERB!!! I heard all sorts of soft clicking when I was doing this massage. My sinuses feel more open. Thank you so much for posting this video.
Thank you so much for sharing, your video changed my life. Every morning it would take me 20 minutes to open my eyes....my eye lids would STICK to my eye balls. I used restasis with little or no relief. Your video and one other video made my eyes moist, I no longer need ANY eye drops and my eyes no longer stick. God bless you.
I have the same problem. This video is great and gives relief. Which other video do you mean? Whould love to hear from you ... I believe it could help me even more. Thank you!
how is ur dry eyes now ??? u don't use any eye drop , now ??? please share....how u manage or treat ur dry eyes.... please reply
please reply ...help me. is it true this massage help u ??
I have same problem ... please help me
@@monikasah8770 All I needed was the massage and take 450mg / horse pill size of vit E along with Baush and Lomb Octivit eye vitamins. I don't use any eye drops whatsoever. There are also rice eye hot packs to help unclog your ducts....wet steamy compresses would make my eyes worse.
I'm so glad I found your video, I've been suffer with puffy eye areas since I turned 40, I'm now 57 and it's worse especially in the mornings or if "m suffering with allergies and sinus. I like the demo on smoothing out the eleven area. Most times I'm not aware of my frowning expression and I find people often staring at me. This is so helpful thanks so much.
This is amazing, my puffy eyes in the morning have always been a problem area. This really helped and will be doing this regularly from now on. It's also nice to finish with a few cold slices of cucumber straight from the fridge, so refreshing for tired eyes!
jtking2504 you can also use cold spoons to refresh tired eyes! thanks for watching! :)
I'm a great believer of recycling and use tea bags instead of cucumber. Used tea bags (the round ones if you can find them) work the best as the tannins have been released after brewing. Also, you will notice a difference at the end of the day when all that stuff has drained out of your face.
This will sound cliche but you are changing my life for the better. After 1 year of suffering from different symptoms and having various doctors think I'm a hypochondriac, I AM GETTING RELIEF! From the sinus issues to the thick feeling in my throat to big ( I guess) abscesses on my forehead, around my nose and down my face by my ear canals, I have SUFFERED! Many BLESSINGS to you!
i'm so glad to hear that!
Ok. Seriously, didn't actually expect this to work but after doing this with my seriously painful, irritated eyes that felt like something was stuck around them, they feel much better and I feel a lot more awake. The burning has faded. Even if it's mainly a placebo and no real drainage is happening, this really does help me feel better!
I'm glad this helped!
Hey lady, thanks for posting this really works. I'm 31 and just noticed bags starting, so after this video, I do this 3xs a day (morning, early evening, & night) and I look younger already and my eyes have no bags! My husband noticed the difference and now he does these exercises. It also helps you see clearer. #newsubbie
this was soooo helpful. my face feels so much better and i felt mucus leaving my eye area and pain/headaches leaving. I've been trying to find info like this for forever. the pressure points were especially helpful!!
Had a massive headache before an exam and puffy eyes, tried this now I feel and look alot better! Thankyou for this xx
This works! I had terrible puffy eyes through allergies and even after anti histamine tablets my eyes just looked so heavy and tired. I did this before bed and I’ve woke up and seen a huge difference, can’t believe that just by a few minutes gentle facial massage the change in my eyes. This is now going to be my new evening routine 👀👁
My best video. I start this last night and there is a dramatic change. Thanks so much sis
Thank you for this video. I actually use this massage as a treatment to help relieve some of my symptoms from an intermittent blocked tear duct I get. It really helps! Thank you so much:)
I really enjoyed your video. You are a no nonsense teacher and give a great presentation which is easy to follow. Thank you!
I googled this as a last resort from suffering with painful eye strain and immense pressure from my temples to my eyes. I genuinely didn’t really expect it to work at all, I was just desperate to try anything. Long story short, I feel amazing and this video is bookmarked!!!!! Thank you!!
i just did this and i wanted to tell you how thankful i am that i found your video! ive been severely retaining fluid around my right eye. this instantly helped when nothing else would!!! thank you!!
beth Schuler I’m so glad it helped!
OMG I didn't have bags under my eyes I had steamer trunks!! I can't believe how much improvement I noticed after just one massage(I think now I only have a clutch). :) I can't wait to do this some more.
Also I must say I was rather skeptical when she talked about pressure points but boy was she right, I knew exactly when I hit one.
THANKS!!! I will be subscribing. Can't wait to hear more.
Yur crackin me up dear girl! steamer trunks ...hehehheeh !thanks gotta luv a silly girl...(O:

Maggie T what about 4 years later
Well, good for you
🌸 This is by far the best video I have come across for blocked facial lymph nodes
Can you please make one for dry brushing the rest of the other areas, thank you
Glad I spotted this video. At 60 (just turned 60) I find myself searching for techniques I've never tried for problem areas I have. This technique is great. I'm using a drugstore brand of aloe vera gel that I use with my microcurrent tool. I can add or apply serums with anti-age ingredients for different areas. The gel makes for a slick surface but dries quickly so I reapply using a Qtip. I could feel the points you so effectively demonstrated and described. I could feel the benefit as I performed the techniques. This will now be part of my daily face treatment. Thanks for the great info!
Linda Gross thanks for watching linda!
Fantastic, that's just what I needed. The tips about the pressure points were particularly helpful. I can really feel those :) Thank you very much x
Amazing ! This is a veery accurate massage, i felt the release of sinuses and ear as well. I have a bump in the inner most corner of my eye that happened during a sinus infection, i hope it can release it.
Great . Was doing your massage while seeing you ,I have an issue of dry eyes and my eyes feel lot of fatigue due to that cause of menopause but just did your eye massage felt great . I Can feel my eyes getting more refreshed.
Will keep doing and God willing will see the results.
Thanks
God bless this video 😂 it legit makes such a difference. I have hay fever and poor sleep habits and this really de puffs things and makes my eyes bigger somehow. Thank you!
You're so welcome! I have more videos and tutorials on Instagram at @skin.by.shannon !
Great stuff!I'm an esthetician as well so this is very useful :) I also suffer from a lot of eye puffiness,so much that my left eye is the puffiest and stays that way and makes me really insecure and looks smaller than my other eye!!!I hope this helps me.
+Katie Kimbrell
"makes me really insecure and looks smaller than my other eye" LOL... I have the *exact* problem only on my right eye. Have you seen any improvement?
+DeadliestTrap EverLaid yes!!!I did the techniques she showed in the video for a while and already saw a difference the next morning. As if all the puffiness and retention that was making my eye look smaller than the other was about gone...And I've been doing this regularly now or whenever I have some time to and it's awesome.
+Katie Kimbrell Great, I have not seen much of an improvement, but I will continue. Thanks!
I would think that these techniques would help relieve some muscle strain, though for eye problems, I'd definitely check with your eye doctor. You may need to check your prescription. Good luck and thanks for following!
This was helpful for my chronic allergies and sinus issues. Thanks
OMG 😱 This actually worked!!! It was almost instant!!!😲🤭 My left eye has been running nonstop for 3 days. Literally looked like I've been crying all day. It was starting to get soar from me wiping it so much.
Thank you so much for this!!!🙏🏽🤗
Thank you Shanon. You are easy to follow and keep a good pace going forward.
This works great I have had allergy problems for about 3 yrs now and I've had double bags under my eyes; now my eyes look like they did years before!
It's like magic! Simple yet so effective. Thanks.
Great video, you explained the technique very well. I tried it, the whole eye area feels much better! Thank you very much for sharing. Greetings from Spain.
very relaxing and could see a notable difference after. thank you
Hope you’re well, Shannon. These techniques help me fall asleep when I can’t seem to on my own. Thank you.
I'm so glad to hear that! I have more tutorials over on Instagram that can help you to relax too- @skin.by.shannon
Excellent video. The massage method is perfect for this sort of massage, and the video is easy to follow. Good info and well demonstrated.
Thank you for this! I hope you can also demonstrate on how to remove malar fluid/fat/bags or midcheek line.
I found this very helpful , thank you because I suffer a lot with sinus troubles that just irritates my face dreadfully .
Great stuff. I was doing something on my own which did give some relief. But this is great - learning it to do the right way. I also use avocado oil that has a great results. Never figured it out though, coz not many people recommend avocado oil.
Thanks so much for your comment, Lind! I'm glad my tips help. I find these moves to be great for my own allergies!
Does this works for deep eye bags like really deap? Not puffiness
I hit my head, it wasn't bad but since two days I am having those head aches as if I didn't sleep for days and I am having massive dark circles! Turns out I hit one of the pressure points you mentionned in you first massage (under the eyebrows). Astonishing really
just recovering from flu and my nose still feel plugged with some remaining mucus. Then I did this massage and boom! I could breath lightly again with my nose. Thank you and have a good day :)
Trying to find techniques to relieve stye, this was helpful for breaking up waste under/around my eye that I wasn't aware of. I've always gotten terrible headaches that are localised where you pointed out the side nasal pressure point is.

I actually really enjoyed this video and the tips you offered. Thanks a lot!
Very very useful easy to follow tips. Thanks.
Thank you!!!! Honestly, I started to think that I am crazy (cos I put together few different issues) .... but your video is proving that I am not. I had huge issue with my right eye all my life, and huge lymph node at the end of my jawbone and insensitive cheeck to touch and some issues with my neck and arm mobility (even non existing strengh in my right side neck, and I could not breath in in my right nosdrill) ... from as yearly as I remeber - like 5 years old age... thank you thank you thank you- still I have to figure out what happend to me ... but I am getting closer...
Wow I absolutely loved this
Does it hurt to sort of milk your tear ducts. My eyes are dry so it feels good to press between my nose and the corner of my eye. I don’t want to damage them.
I loved the video. Very helpful. I'm going to start doing the techniques that you were showing
Shannon good job. so happy I found this video. you are the best.
Certainly feels good after this treatment. Thank you for the education.
Totally amazing tutorial - feel so much fresher now! ty for sharing
Can you please suggest any massage for puffy face especially mid cheek
This helped me 😊 thanks
Thanks for the tips. Feels good after following your instruction. New subscribers here ♥️🙂
I found your info very informative; happiness and health . . .
I have a very puffy eyelid on left side. This was very helpful on right eye. Maybe I need to repeatedly work on left because I got some brief pressure-like pain afterwards.
I thought it was a nice and simple set of exercises. I will incorporate that into my eye yoga .......tnxs!
Loved the video, I saw an instant improvement in the bags under my eyes! Thank you for posting!
I was researching lymphatic draining technique for an article, and I got curious, especially since this is supposed to also ease sinus congestion, which I seem to be prone to, thanks to various allergies. She mentioned Chinese medicine, which I am also curious about as well...Hmmm, I do think Spirit's guiding me to what I need. :-)
Tried this as I was watching the video .... thank u ... helped a lot
feels so much better
excellent video and it really works! Thank you!
Awesome, thx for sharing!
It sure move things around! Thanks
Wow! Very easy and helpful massages thank you
Ahh! I am trying this as soon as the video is over. Thank you!!
It is wonderful. Thank you. 👍🌹🙏
I had dark circles under my eyes really bad for about a year. I will try and share later the results. How often should I do this a week? This was great to see. Thank you for sharing it!
+daughterofzion333 how did it do?
Hi. Sorry senior question I have a hard time following, you mind showing which finger do you use for each massage? Thank you much!
Thank you! I've had a sinus headache behind my eye for days, this helped!
Thank you very much, clear and easy to follow.
Thank you. Will try!
Is this equivalent to the Foreo Iris?
not really- this is hands on massage so there's no technology included
Hi Shannon, do you have a video on how to move lymph from malar mounds/festoons below the eye sockets around the cheekbones?
this is very interesting stuff! I am going to tru in conjunction with whole body and face dry brushing.... this is really very wonderful stuff.
Very helpful and relaxing 😌
I'm so glad!
This was really great! Thank you so much
Great video!! Very helpful and well-explained!!
thank you for your tutorial. do you have any suggestions about massaging the head, ears and neck area?
all on instagram! @skin.by.shannon
Very good vedio on eye massage. Thank u.
thanks for the massage technique..i did it while watching the video...i enjoyed ....can i do this with olive oil ?
Thanks! Good teacher. Enjoyed.
Thanks for sharing! I just had cantoplasty surgery and left eye is really puffy on the side around exterior cheek below temple. Where would you suggest I massage for that area Robin? It's been 9 weeks now and dr believes its a lymph drainage issue. Any advice appreciated!
Many Thanks for these useful tips. both my eyes have under eye dark circles. but only one side got look sunken and too dark. Could you help me how to get rid of that?
I wonder if there are differences between moving the lymph (light touch) and simply using pressure at the pressure points between the eye and the nose (close to the eye but not on sensitive skin), which felt quite good, and seemed to give some kind of release (and clarity). Just a thought in 2017.
a followup in 2021- and after many years of massage training and gua sha- pressure points and "moving the lymph" do a lot of the same things, but "moving" the lymph helps to guide it to the nodes so your body can flush it out.
I don't know if ur reading this comment, bt thanks a ton 😊😊, it worked
thank you, first decent recommendation Ive seen. Hope it will give some results!
Yes, but, can you replace the cream-based method of eyebag drainage with the FACE ROLLER-based method of eyebag drainage?? Thank you very much.
Hi Shannon, I have exoftalmia from Graves disease and I was only offered cortisol as treatment. I am going to do your exercises, something has to be happening. My condition is inflammation of the muscles around the eyes that makes eye bulge.
Thanks. For the beautiful video. Can you tell me the. Name of the cream you. Use. Please 💜💜💜
That eye massage fealt great!
Does this help with eye drainage? This helped my dsinus headche also
How long would it take to see results?
