I’m an older women and as a child my mother would use one part apple cider vinegar with the mother and three parts water when she would take loose our braids that were in for some time and there was build-up it will remove everything from your hair like a dream . I’ve used this method for many years on myself and my children with taking out of synthetic hair braids or taking loose real hair braids. I’ve shared this with many women whom said that they did not like getting braids or shreds because they would loose so much hair with taking them out during the combing , do this first and you will lose almost no hair. People are always shocked and come back and tell me how pleasantly surprised they were and I let know I’m glad they tried it and to pass along they solution to keeping our hair growing and healthier without all the breakage it’s tried and true in my family for about 92 years now some people don’t believe in sharing certain types of secrets they would rather make you come to their salon to get the service instead of passing something so simple along to the next person, I say help as many of our sisters and brothers as we can.Be blessed sister
Thank you for this. Will you clarify? One part apple cider vinegar, three part water. Run that thru our hair first then comb. Follow with shampoo and conditioner. Is that correct?
You always explain every detail and it helps me so much to understand why you do it a certain way, thank you so much for making tutorials! You are awesome and your hair gives me life!
Beautiful results! I love the tip on how to prevent puffy roots, that was always my biggest problem. Also I liked how you divided the hair into 4 sections to preserve the style. I think that is better than using a bonnet. Thanks for sharing!!!!
By the horns of Ikenga. Your hair is spectacular. It looks so thick, healthy and soft. I'm just a black dude (Jamaican) that loves it when black/SSA women embrace their natural hair. Keep it up. You got that African queen type beauty!
@MyFair Lady: I can only speak for myself. I like it because: 1. It's beautiful. 2. It shows that a women has discipline and determination to take care of her natural hair. Many black women would spend loadsa $$$/£££ on some tacky yacky weave or put loadsa scalp damaging chemicals to straighten their hair rather than learning to take care of their own hair.
I LOVEEEE your channel. I watch a lot of you-tubers who just show us their routine, but you actually go into detail and tell us why you use certain products and why you use certain methods. You are amazing and i look forward to more videos , especially since i'm starting to wear my natural curls again !
Absolutely beautiful young lady. I tried to curl my hair yesterday and it came out beautiful but it was frizzy and I have gray hair. I think the mouse is what I need. Getting your products for sure. I just turned 60 and want to do a change. Your hair is just beautiful. Thank you for sharing and I used magnetic roller will try the rod next time ❤️
In every video, you always explain how you do your hair very well and what products you use. I love the way you did your perm rods, it gave you beautiful bouncy curls, your hair is very rich and full, thank you, going to get this product, so glad I subscribed to you, God blessed hun.
I am half white and half black blood. I have my hair a mess because no one in my family knows how to treat with it because I have 3 or 4 textures and types of curls. I am about to go nuts with it and can't control so I chop it all off. But after watching your video, maybe I can learn how to love it somehow by trying to help it to get to shape. Crossing fingers 🤞✨️ Thank you dear 😊
I was going to ask about that amazing hair colour you're rocking but I doubled back to re-scan the description box and sure enough there was information about it there. Your stylist did an amazing job with that colour and your perm rod set was equally amazing. I love your attention to detail so I think I'll stick around.
Hi Daye, just started experimenting with natural styles. I've been binging on your videos for the past 2 days. Thanks for your guidance; i feel empowered to continue wiyj natural styles and hair care.
Beautiful! I just started using perm rods. I actually twisted mine first then rolled the twist with the perm rod, the best curls I've seen in my hair so far. I will try to do it tonight without twisting since I have to grease the back of my scalp tonight..so dry. I've been using a dandruff conditioner. My scalp gets so flaky and dry.. Anyway awesome video. :)
Great tip on twisting the hair at the scalp. My hair is so curly it’s hard to get it to pull tight/straight. And curlier in the back til it comes out a frizzy mess....gotta work in that...
+Kae Belli thank you! Check out my WNG videos for some tips. Unfortunately, hair that appears physically similar really doesn't mean they act the same way tho. You should check out my hair types and textures video for a break down on that
Daye La Soul oh. I have watched them many times. I've been natural over 10yrs this has been an ongoing struggle. 😔. Looking at your texture while rodding it is what made me comment on this particular video. Lol and I know oh to well that no two textures are the same.
Your hair was so cute. I got to get this rod game down because my hair always be frizzy at the roots. I can’t ever get the tight enough. I’ll try the way you did yours next time.
Love this! If only my hair would stay like this for the second day, lol. I've tried this way of applying the perm rod but my hair was shorter. I shall try this again, thank you for the tutorial!
I really want to try the mousse! The problem I found with most hair mousses is that they dry my hair out something serious because of the alcohol in it. I looked over the ingredients and I didn't see any alcohol (unless it's under some scientific name) 😩😩. I'm hoping for some good results when I finally get my hands on this product.
This easy technique I hope will work on my hair, or rather, I get this technique right. Lol. I rock a Fro on a daily and would like to put a lil curl in my natural twirl. Thanks for a great instructional video.
Good job! Love your tip on twisting rod at the roots. Explained really well and dealt with the the elastic on the rod breaking like a pro! You've go a new follower!
Love this tutorial I've had those rods for literally years and I've only managed to make the back of my hair look nice I love the twist method at the root of the hair deff will be trying this 💘
Yes lol...I have the cream too and I'll keep trying to cream since I paid $15 for it but I feel like I have to use a gel with it, and it wasn't super moisturizing like their Moringa Sealing Cream
Why didn't I just watch your video first? So informative lively and gorgeous level 10! Hopefully the trauma from watching some of these other demos for the new TMC line will end soon 😮
I love your hair like this! It's your signature look 😍👌🏿
+Jaleesa Pyfrom thank you! It's def my go-to style!
Hey
Black hair is like magic!!!!!!
Is!
