Today!!! We are plastic welding the holes for the license plate bolts as well as the H badge on this beautiful s2000 front bumper. The bumper is getting fresh paint as well as a nice s2000 lip! Color is "New Formula Red" and it looks amazing.

Man, that bumper turned out great. Like you said; it's the little things, one of my cars had black door handles, I didn't like that, so I re-painted them body color, it was alot of work, but well worth it!

Hey bro question? But first I'll explain. I recently painted my car using base coat and then clear. But buy the time I got to the clear coat it was over 100 degrees. I used a medium reducer I'm not a pro just a DIY guy. But the point is I got some bad orange peel. What do you think was my issue.
Good vids man. I like the content. Just a heads up anything raw plastic shoot some adhesion promoter on before your sealer. Sealer is good for any kind of paint base , pearl, tri-coat whatever. That adhesion promoter is key for all that kinda stuff. I know you keep your stuff on a budget but they sell some sealers with adhesion promoter in it easy for this application.

had a flashback to your ek/dc bumper melting. ...just started trimming my front bumper last night to. paint looked super clean. show us a pic of the lip on the bumper, maybe mention fitment? my front sucked, but rear was like oe.

What plastic welder is that? I typically just use a soldering iron I have but that flat headed unit you were using would be much better

nice video as always why didn't u instead of taking that much time in cleaning the lip u could of used the plastic primer and than the sealer and job done it just makes life easier did the same thing while ago than the local paint store suggested to use it and yes it cuts time in half been using it since.

What’s you’re opinion on diamond paint and PPG clear?
Mate PPG is not so bad usually the ford factory uses PPG for there cars but if u want good quality go for standox paint that is good quality and for clear i would recommend All Candy clear that stuff looks like wet glass it's just crazy have a look at some videos of that quality after its been sprayed u will get the idea.
