Please feature more cooking videos. Love the inspo for quick and easy dishes. Didn’t know the noodle soup recipe would be so easy 🙂 I’ve been searching for HK cafe-style dishes I’ve had in restaurants. Would love to try and make them, but haven’t come across any that taste similar to restaurants. Do share if you’ve made any before.
@@nallya9018 ah glad that was helpful! This is actually the easiest of all the HK dishes to make, but be sure to buy the Canto style preserved vegetables and not the szechuan ones cos those are spicy as hell! This is the first cooking video I’ve ever made but I will do more in the future
Wish I had a Chinese market near me. The closest I had was a Japanese market, but it shut down due to C-19. I have to do most of my Asian shopping online.
@@drtn6206 yeah! Chinese preserved vegetables have so much intense flavour that all you need to do is add boiling water, along with minced or shredded meat which you fry up separately
I should have actually put more broth in my bowl cos the noodles are supposed to be fully immersed in the soup!
Wow looks so delicious . You are a good cook .
@@cboonsom it’s the simplest dish ever, required hardly any cooking!

Where's the recipe? You just go to the market, buy pickled greens and just swoosh - a soup?!
