Hi Athul, My answer for your queries: 1) I believe you don't require to show MOH certificate while rerurn Dubai from Oman and can use the same PCR test done at UAE if you are retun within 14 days of UAE departure. I suggest you to talk about this to UAE immigration team in UAE border when your exit from there. 2) There is no visa free entry for Indians in Oman. In your case, you do not have valid UAE resident visa so that you cannot apply for GCC Resident visa. Do you have valid visa of US, UK, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA in your passport? If you have, then u get another visa online... if not, you have to apply visa through any agent before you arrive in Oman border. 3) You can drive rented cars to Oman with your international licence but no idea about using your father car. This rule applies in UAE as well. If UAE allows you to drive your father car with international licence, then it wouldn't be a problem in Oman.
