[Easy puff pastry quantity]
・ 450 g all-purpose flour
・ 225 g butter
・ 6 g salt
・ 225 g cold water
[How to make]
・ Cut into 1 cm pieces in a bowl of flour and mix lightly with sufficiently cooled butter.
・In a separate bowl, put salt in cold water and dissolve well.
・Put cold water in a bowl with flour and butter and mix until there is no powder so as not to knead.
・Put them together and let them sit in the refrigerator for a few hours.
・ Repeat the tri-fold 5 or 6 times (divide it into several times and do it while laying down)

しんしんと降る雪景色にひかれて初めて観ました。こんがり焼けたトーストに、ドリップコーヒー、アップルパイ。。美味しい香りが届いてきそうでした。あんことバターの位置は、どちらも好きです😁干し野菜には以前から興味があり、近日、ネット張りのカゴが届きます。切り干し大根、作ってみます。切り落とした白菜はどうするのかなーと思いきや｡｡ニワトリさんが居たのですね！何一つ無駄のない、丁寧な暮らしのご様子に共感しました。ストウブのオーバルを使われている所で思わずニンマリ。ラウンドとブレイザーの初心者なんです。ネコちゃんとの暮らしにも興味があります（我が家にはワンコが居ます）今後も素敵な動画を楽しみにしています🫶🍀🌈

干し野菜楽しみですね！ ストウブの小さなオーバルは二人暮らしに手頃な重さとサイズで重宝しています。炒め物がしやすいところも、蓋が金属でオーブンに入るところも気に入っています！
