- As a New Master Duel player a lot of people tend to make a lot of mistakes and then complain that the game is pay to win, so I decided to make a yugioh master duel beginners guide on how to master duel! In this video we will be going over how to farm gems fast as a new player in yugioh master duel!

Yup........and no you can't farm them so eventually you're gonna have to get your ass kicked over and over and over in ranked and earn like 10 gems
They have regular events that gives thousands of gems if you can't make a good deck with all the free gems that's your problem
@@ChaMilli710 I partially agree I do think there should be era specific modes that give less rewards but allows people who return for classic yugioh to have somewhere to play it without having to deal with link and pendulum shenanigans.
@@ChaMilli710yup it's my fault I get "no UR included" multiple times and can't build mandatory 29282615 UR deck. Skill issue, draw the out, git gud
@@ChaMilli710 To be fair, if you dont play one of the top meta decks, youre gonna loose a lot.
@@kalydon2826additionally many of the decks that are fun to play, ie not overly complicated but recognisable, are some of the worst decks in the game.
Meaning for new players they are going to lose a lot more than just that in the tournaments, it will be almost always.

I got to platinum 3 and found out about these gems from solo mode and duel pass way too late. I had no jewels the entire time. went from missing 5+ ultra rare cards for my main deck into building out a 2nd deck

first experience in master duel was some dude's 1st turn never fucking ending and he shit out 4 monsters with 4k a piece for attack points

@@gosin90 i run a junk speeder synchro deck, if you can get the full combo I have Majestic Star, Red Supernova and Shooting Quasar, and a Crimson Dragon that quick effects into Cosmic Blazar on the start of the opponents turn, 4 4k ATK, 5 negages with Assault Synchron

Gift box gems are more for when you hit that 10k limit, so left over gems go there
Games feel more like work than games nowadays. Having to redo it all sucks. They should provide more ability to get free gems after completing everything
yeah thats why i barely even play games anymore, in fact i havent played a game besides Horizon Forbidden West and Master duel in the last 2 years. Games have become boring from the play style and usually you have to grind endless amount of hours just to do something and then the game dev come up with something new and you are back wasting your time instead of having fun - which was originally the reason for video games

Just a bit of tip use some of your gems to buy in special section im shop and try to buy all of them cuz they are useful handtraps like Ash Blossom or Droplet so you will only need 60 ur cp to craft them to have 3 copies that's what I did and I was able to get out of platinum my highest rank😅
Playing against other players with no handtraps is the same as playing to lose lol😅

Once you use up some and make space for the ones in the gift box you can collect them

Just play ranked and you can get more you can get another 1-2k more

Easily.
You can craft sr cards to get free packs from a list online to squeeze out even more. You can do events and use loaner decks to avoid having to buy cards or just be efficient in time. You can also buy the special 10 packs combod with the guaranteed cards for 750. Also the battle pass for more urs if you still need more. 😢😢
Those freebie gems get wasted real quick in this game... It's Yu-Gi-Oh, but damn... It's more fun to play Duel Links 😒🙄
They do but you can just dismantle cards and make whatever deck you want
Are you serious? Duel Links is way more P2W than Master Duel. Master Duel gives you a generous amount of gems to start with, a good amount for rank climbing, daily missions, and lifetime. One big thing Duel Links doesn’t have; the crafting system which enables you to build the decks you desire without spending a dime and committing too much time grinding.
Say what you will about Master Duel, it is still the most F2P official Yu-Gi-Oh! game we have thus far.

@@DeezerNutss Yes, grinding sucks but at least the system is much more forgiving compared to Duel Links. So my point still stands.
