In the fall, I'll be going into my 4th year at the University of Guelph for Software Engineering. I'm hoping to continue with The Cooperators once I graduate, and it's been an awesome experience working with them this last little while :) I'm very grateful to them for working with my school and I'm very thankful for the awesome program staff who helped me land this work term! In terms of career, I'm hoping to wind up in Project Management, which means more school (kinda) once I'm done, but I know that doing this stuff as soon as I can will help me get to where I want to be a lot sooner. Cristine is one of the only big TH-camrs that actually addresses the importance of education. She's literally juggling a full time job for the Canadian government with a TH-cam career and that takes a lot of time and effort to do. I have never seen a TH-camr have a tuition giveaway either and Cristine may just be helping someone in need that doesn't have the money for education.

I’m 22 and I live in Canada, I tried to become a registered nurse but my mental health got in the way and I dropped out of my prerequisites after a particularly bad breakdown. The textbooks alone would’ve cost me thousands and I come from a poor family so I would’ve been up to my neck in student debt :( The system here isn’t much better than in the states unfortunately
Yeah, she's freaking amazing for that! Though, tuition in Canada is cheaper (around US$1500-2000 for a regular undergrad semester in Quebec) because we pay some through our taxes.
