30:00 Okay so I’ve never tried it myself but I’ve heard A LOT about this company called “Air up”. Basically is a water bottle that you put like a scent thing on around the place where you drink. So when you drink, your nose registers the scent and your brain thinks that the water is flavored. Basically if you put the strawberry capsule on, the water taste strawberry but it’s actually just regular water!! Might be something for you to try out ;))) 💗💗

How do you deal with soreness (if you get them) I have three full body sessions and two sprint interval sessions during the week. I just started a new training program and my body was so sore after the first two full body workouts that I had to pass on my first sprint interval session. ( I have two full body workout then a rest day, then sprint interval, full body day , rest day and then a new sprint interval)
Being sore when you’re starting a new program is normal!! Just really listen to your body and ease into it. Dial in on your sleep + nutrition and I find light movement really helps manage soreness. I’ve been doing the same program for years now so I don’t really get sore anymore but trust me, I did when I first started out or whenever I’m coming off a break! ❤❤
