1. Make sleep a priority 2. You NEED to eat before you train 3. Lifting heavy will not make you bulky 4. Creatine won't make you gain weight/bloated 5. A successful journey is a sustainable one 6. Surround yourself with positive role models 7. Don't neglect the small things 8. Rest days do not mean you're lazy 9. Embrace the season you're in 10. You don't need to track your food
Sooo I think this might be the sanest and most useful video about health and fitness I’ve ever seen. Simple, straightforward, but everything you need to know and no bs. I’ve been working out for a number of years now and it all boils down to the tips in this video. 10/10.
I wanted to write this comment for so many months. But I was waiting for perfect video. I had a major accident in august, and I had so many injuries. I have gone through so much pain and suffering, yet your videos helped me a lot. They brought in so much peace and smile on my face. Finally, in December I came back to working out and now I got myself a complete fitness plan at Onlymeal. It's awesome so far, it's like I have my personal assistant.
Thank you for reference sleep re mothers and babies. So often videos like this gloss over how mums miss out on so much sleep. I really appreciate this.
Even though I am not at the beginning of my fitness journey it is so helful and comforting to hear these words from someone I respect and appreciate as an athlete. No matter how experienced and professional athlete someone is it is not unusual to feel lost or focus-less along the sport journey. Thank you! ❤😊
So authentic, your videos - thank you! You can really tell how much thought you put into them, especially since you film from so many different places. It’s amazing and truly inspiring! Greetings from Germany!♥️
You are amazing and so well spoken!! I love that your emphasis is that fitness journeys and eating habits don’t need to be complex to get results. You set such a good example for females 💛💛💛
Started following you specifically to improve my nutrition as an athlete! No more of those restrictive what I eat I days. Thank you for your platform love all your videos💙
thanks for the rest reminder!!! I have difficulty with taking days off but learning to listen to my body I have to remind myself its okay to be tired! tracking is a tool I dont let it consume my life but same time its nice to see if im over eating or under eating soon I wont need it anymore because my eyes will know LOL listening to the body when its full eating to be fueled not to finish the plate
I really enjoyed this video! You're insight on this topic is so informative and constructive, and I really like how considerate you are of the different lifestyles people might have! And especially thank you for the final "motivational quote" on training and eating, this gave me a whole new perspective on how I should approach my training moving forward. Thank you for being such an inspiration and a great rolemodel
I totally agree about not training on an empty stomach I do grape juice mixed with creatine in the morning before work out and at 45 years old I'm very fit If you get bloated with creatine monohydrate like I do... Switch to Creatine HCI
What about taking Creatine as a runner - more so 2x 1/2 marathons coming up and training load has increased... I run 4x and gym 1x... does it still work?
Hey Olivia! Really enjoyed your fitness tips video - super informative and straight to the point! As a video editor who works with fitness content creators, I loved how you structured the information. Those workout clips were on point! Would love to collaborate if you're ever looking for an editor to help take your content to the next level! Keep crushing it! 💪✨
Eating before you train is especially important if you have XX chromosomes as our bodies don’t respond well to training fasted. You will kill your progress and make your body work against itself. Look into Dr Stacy Sims for more info!
Olivia do you invest (AU USA stocks, ETF’s, other, investment properties)? or you only have superannuation? A video talking about all this would be cool, and would help out a lot of others in your audience too
I can agree to disagree with this video, although this lady has great advice primarily with most of her topics, I will say that strength training does cause you to look bloated as it increases the inflammation and the tearing of the muscles overtime so I would advise maybe working with moderate weights With higher reps, keeping your heart rate up which would include minimal rest in between sets. Every single individual has different genetics from one another, so taking all of this advice may result in undesired results. MOST people put on weight easy so I would not advise lifting extremely heavy without some sort of cardio every single day. Burning more calories than you consume while also maintaining your bodyweight in protein can help build a lean body without the added lbs.
Hii! Thank you for watching, I appreciate it and your suggestion 😇 however I’m not sure where you got this assumption from as I actually haven’t shared everything I’m eating in a day for while now… I eat based off a guide that my sports dietitian created for me so I’m definitely eating enough carbs for performance ☺️☺️ thank you though!
Olivia, please, can you check what's going on on your channel? I'm from brasil and see your videos to practice English too, and some weeks ago I started checking that you titles were written in Portuguese and now your voice! They dubbed you! I follow other people from other countries and this has happened only with your channel and is terrible! I'd like to see your original videos in english! Can you check what's going on? Thank you!
Hi, I'm french and it happened to me too. You just need to change the settings (icons at the top right of the video), select "audio track" so that you can change the language.
@Kahinaaa-q6j I have many other people I follow who speak English and this feature wasn't presented on their channel, just on hers. Probably she enabled this setting, I guess. The title/ caption of the video is automatically translated though, and it won't go back to the original language, even after changing the audio on the settings, which is a pitty for people trying to improve their second language skills too. I just felt like leaving the channel, specially after not even having a return from the creator about it. I wanna thank you for taking you time to answer me about it anyway. It helped. Thank you very much, I appreciate it
I follow other content creators who speak English too, and as you said this feature isn't presented on their channel. However, some people prefer to benefit from this feature because it allows us to understand what she's talking about. I can understand you, I also try to improve my English but the positive thing is that you can change the settings. Even though the title is still translated, don't focus on that! I think the girl enables this setting to make her videos more accessible for all people around the world, and you must understand that not all content creators answer to their followers. Anyway, enjoy the video, keep following her cause she's worth it ! Have a good day

Would you recommend creatine to someone who is fit but just starting a more structured training plan?
I’ve lifted heavy for a year and I’m not bulky
Awesome subscribed
In terms of eating before training; no matter if I eat just a rice cake, if I eat before training I need to puke during training. Any tips lol
👍👍

What is your favourite creatine brand (as a fellow female!) ❤
Training fasted is great for hormones and HGH?
Saludos happy Saturday

Where she gest her outfits ?
They’re from CSB!
Everyone’s body is different. Creatine makes me really bloated.
Are you staying super hydrated while taking maintenance dose?
Solo te faltan las alas para ser un ángel...
Hey I’ve watched a few of your videos and your recovery problems are due to you eating “too clean” you need to add more carbs into your diet

Advocating for the consumption of lolly snakes and junk food is straight up embarassing. Fit doesn't equate to health.
